Best meal since....long time

I had my best meal since MangeGrenouile, 7 years ago. Service was perfect, everything was perfect. This restaurant is welcoming warm I would say, decoration has lots of ducks(as the name). Very nice fire place in the waiting room. There is a very nice bread bar with 3 differents type of flavored... read more

Went there in september with friends and we were under the spell of this different concept. We went there every morning for a total of 3 days. One can order from the bakery from a choice of homemade danish, pastries, different types of bread etc or order a full fledged breakfast with eggs, potatoes, sausages etc. There are communal tables... Room is very ordinary; comfortable but old-fashioned decor. Supper and breakfast are very good, service was also very good.

My wife and I stayed there on our way back from PEI in September. We took the Modified American Plan with the room. Had diner and breakfast in the hotel's dining room. Good selection of dishes served by well trained staff. Fair prices on the wine selection list. We both were very happy with the 5 service menu. The food... More

We spent a very enjoyable evening at L'Auberge les Trois Canards. The place is a little dated (the sixties want their room back!) but the food and service make up for the dated surroundings. Definitely worth the trip.

While the Auberge is somewhat dated... the restaurant is worth the visit. We were 4 motorcyclists on a trip and we all agreed the food was good. Our waiter was very good. We all had the Table d'hôte. An eclectic selection of meats and game. Vegetables were done satisfactorily, presentation was good. All good but not exactly what we expected... More

Our family of four visited this restaurant in August. Although the food was decent, I was unimpressed by a few important details. First, the service was way off. We had a new waitress who was starting out. I have tons of respect for the craft and understand the difficulties of being new. And yet, this person did not know the... More

We have dinner at the restaurant and it's a full house that night. Our server Michel is so patiently explain all menu to us. We choose the 5 courses dinner, every dish they prepare are so beautiful and delicious. They make no mistake and I make no mistake to choose dining there too.

We went to this restaurant a few days ago while on holidays in the area. It was myself, my mother and my young daughter. We had made a reservation prior to showing up, however when we got to the restaurant, the host advised us it would be thirty minutes to wait. Quite upset, he went to see if something was... More

We keep coming back to this inn. Location is fantastic and food is exceptional. The rooms with balconies overlooking the water are great with a nice glass of wine before dinner or coffee in the morning. This region has few rivals - a must see.
