Excellent local pub and restaurant. Fresh local ingredients and well prepared meals. Good selection of beers from the Gahan brewery. 1772 IPA is my favorite! The staff are always friendly and add to the experience when visiting this neighborhood gem. Highly recommended !!!

The place seemed like a bit of a local hang-out, but that's what appealed to us. The service was friendly and timely. The scallops were fresh and good. The fried clams were a bit bland, but the rest of the meals were fine. The place had some years on it, but that kind of added to the local charm. We... More

While on a cycling trip to PEI, we had asked our hosts at the bed and breakfast we were staying at for a nice spot for supper after cycling all day. They suggested this place and we are glad they did.We were quite hungry so our appetites were open for anything on the menu. We (4) had ordered the baked... More

We were doing a day trip through parts of PEI and more by happen chance than anything else we drove into this sleepy little community called Tyne Valley and there at the junction of 3 roads was The Landing Oyster House & Pub. We weren't planning on stopping but there was something about the place that was really appealing -... More

Old house with lots of ambiance in a small town with charm and a waterfall (kinda). The interior is dark wood, the tables are sticky, but the food was good. The chowder was good to average. the oyster sandwich was delicious and the french fries were very good. Don't order the ice tea and expect that it will be not... More

A good place to eat and have a drink in a quiet town in western PEI. Popular spot with locals and travelers.

Stopped in here for a few oysters and a couple pints, great on both accounts. The waitstaff was professional yet very friendly and helpful. The oysters fresh and flavorful, the beers local, large and ice cold. I had the pan seared scallops and my wife had the fried bar clams, both were excellent but smaller sized portions, still worth the... More

We had visited here under the previous owners a few times and this was our first trip under the new owners. We set out to find oysters and had heard there was a place near Tyne Valley where we could but them from a wholesaler, so we decided to hit the Landing for a bite while we searched. There is...
