Having a cottage on the Island we often go here for a bite to eat when we are there. I almost always order the the turkey dinner and my husband orders the liver and onions. We have never had a bad meal here. I would recommend eating here.

Stopped for a late lunch. We were seated quickly but waited a long time for our orders to be taken. Hubby had the seafood platter and enjoyed it. I had the scallops 3 ways which was good. The mashed potatoes were a huge disappointment as were the fries. In PEI I have higher expectations for potatoes. The seafood chowder was... More

My Husband and I relied on trip advisor to recommend a place to eat while we were staying at the Brudenell River Resort, and as per usual, tripadvisor did not disappoint! Our waitress was very nice. We started with the seafood chowder (so good) and the mussels (also excellent!!) I had the haddock fish and chips, my husband had the... More

We had a nice lunch on a day when everyone in our group wanted something different to eat. The seafood chowder was outstanding, and we lucked into the first oysters of the season, fresh caught that morning. One of our party is gluten-free, and they were happy to accommodate; our server was very knowledgeable about gluten-free requirements, which made it... More

They have fantastic breakfast, excellent seafood chowder, and even milkshakes. There's almost always a line up out the door so that right there tells you that it's worth going to! Excellent for a diner type restaurant.

Set on the waterfront of Souris near the ferry terminal. I enjoy the fact that are some gluten free options as well as the usual menu choices. They make good soup and know how to cook fresh fish.

We had the Captains Breakfast (toast, egg, sausage , home fries, and tea) and the East Coaster (fishcakes, beans, toast, eggs, and coffee). The coffee was average. The fishcakes were delicious. The view is fantastic and the place was clean and comfortable. Prices were affordable. We did not have to wait to be seated but it was the off season.... More

Vast menu, great surprise and the Lobster Trap was a fun way to experience the PEI potato and seafood all at the same time! Everything we had was very good.

This is an unpretentious place with a good view of the harbor and the light house, service was friendly and prompt. We stopped in to share an order of mussels, which I had heard were quite good. The basket brought to the table was quite large for an appetizer. They were some of the best I have ever had, they... More
