This is a place with a large capacity given the location at the ferry terminal to St. Pierre et Miquelon. Summertime would be wonderful on the deck, overlooking the water! This place isn't fancy but it has everything and everything is good. The chowder was lovely and just the right texture. The... read more

Sunday at the Sheltered Harbour was beyond. The Hollandaise sauce for the eggs Benedict was one of the best I've eaten in years. All four of us liked our food. Eggs were cooked the way we wanted them and that's with all four asking for different ways to have our eggs. There was definitely enough food on our plates. Even... More

My sisters and brother and I went to the sheltered Harbour to have a family dinner. When we got there we were quickly seated . 30 minutes later still no service. There was only 1 waitress. When finally took the order my sister asked if she could have a coffee and was told she would get her coffee when the... More

We were touring in the area and just needed a place to stop for lunch, and a local person we met recommended it. That's usually a good sign right there. This is often used by people taking the ferry to / from Souris, so it can get busy prior to or just after a crossing we found. Service was really... More

I love this place that is by the wharf in Souris. The boat comes and goes to the Madeline Islands from The view of the windows. The food is good and so is the service.

Wide selection of food items to choose from. Not too many places serve liver, bacon and onions these days. You won't be sorry for trying it.

When we are out for a drive around the east end of Prince Edward Island, we usually stop at this restaurant. It is above the pier used for boarding the Iles de la Madeleine Boat. Watch for the signs leading you to the pier and you will see the restaurant on the hill overlooking the area. Food is very good,... More

Been travelling the eastern provinces and some of the New England area for the past 3 weeks, enjoying the wonderful seafood. This is the slam dunk best seafood chowder ever.

Was in twice during my short visit to Souris PEI and was not disappointed. They have an extensive menu and the food along with the service is definitely something to talk about. My first time was for a quick meal. Nachos were delicious with lots of cheese, peppers and Salsa. Second meal was a prime rib sandwich au jus with... More

Although there was nothing really wrong with this restaurant I feel it could be so much better. It has a great deck, you can sit outside and enjoy the view on the water. The food is very good, it's just the staff, you get the impression you are disturbing them. We arrived around 2:00pm it wasn't busy, but after being... More
