Although there was nothing really wrong with this restaurant I feel it could be so much better. It has a great deck, you can sit outside and enjoy the view on the water. The food is very good, it's just the staff, you get the impression you are disturbing them. We arrived around 2:00pm it wasn't busy, but after being... More

We were very happy to find this place by the harbour late in the evening on a recent camping trip to nearby Red Point Provincial Park. It seems like trouble has been taken to make it welcoming to locals and visitors alike. The view of the harbour is great and would be even better outside on the deck, but when... More

First off, the food was good. Not great, but good. I would even say the chowder was excellent. But there were issues with atmosphere and service. The greeter finished a conversation with one of the waitresses in front of us before turning her eyes to us and then - without smiling or welcoming us - said "5?" to determine how... More

I had the chance to eat there 2 and there gluten free options are amazing, first time I could have a regular breakfast, and they had 4 desserts to choose from. As well.

We only stopped for a cup of coffee. But it was clear this was a well-run and good-value restaurant. It's tucked away in the harbour and so only likely to be happens across by those using the ferry. But it's well worth co siding for tourists to the island finding themselves in the area.

This is a popular place near the ferry so there is often a wait to be seated. The service is friendly and efficient. The food is quite good. It's nothing fancy but it is well prepared and the restaurant is clean. The poutine is excellent (tho I would have liked more cheese and less gravy). I wouldn't drive out of... More

Having a cottage on the Island we often go here for a bite to eat when we are there. I almost always order the the turkey dinner and my husband orders the liver and onions. We have never had a bad meal here. I would recommend eating here.

Stopped for a late lunch. We were seated quickly but waited a long time for our orders to be taken. Hubby had the seafood platter and enjoyed it. I had the scallops 3 ways which was good. The mashed potatoes were a huge disappointment as were the fries. In PEI I have higher expectations for potatoes. The seafood chowder was... More

My Husband and I relied on trip advisor to recommend a place to eat while we were staying at the Brudenell River Resort, and as per usual, tripadvisor did not disappoint! Our waitress was very nice. We started with the seafood chowder (so good) and the mussels (also excellent!!) I had the haddock fish and chips, my husband had the... More
