Huge salad buffet was awesome. Not a restaurant for people looking for the intimate dinner experience. The restaurant is HUGE and not cozy in the least. Food was average... No beer on tap..... somewhat disappointing.....

As California tourists, the two of us could not get enough lobster on our recent cruise. PEI friends picked us up for an island tour and took us to the perfect place for a lobster lunch. The lobster was delicious along with homemade rolls and coleslaw. Our waitress (forgot her name) was a cute, little Scottish grandma with a wicked... More

Has great Salad Bar and dessert. A visit to the island would not be the same if we didn't go there to eat

After travelling past this restaurant a number of times we decided to stop in a give the 60 foot (as advertised) salad bar a try. First of all be prepared to pay $ 22.00 dollars each for it. We thought that would be okay as it was 60 feet long and should have more than you could imagine in it.... More

This place appeared to be nothing more than a tourist trap, with an attached souvenir store, but we were pleasantly surprised by the food and the service. In fact the chowder was excellent. All aspects of both our meals were fresh and tasty, and we didn't leave hungry either.

Four of us had lobster and the salad bar. The lobster was luscious and meaty. Service was good, we were seated rightaway. Seating was a little tight... the tables were close together. Not much for athmosphere. A bit pricey too.

My wife and I had the lobster roll plate. The service was excellent, but the meal was Average at best. The slaw was Okay and the potato salad was good, but the lobster roll was below average.

Don't expect to come here without a much lighter wallet and a much heavier body - but overall an excellent choice for whatever might tickle your fancy. Obviously the restaurant's specialty is freshly cooked seafood and I was determined to have as much lobster as possible before leaving PEI, so I ordered a whole lobster. With a 60 ft salad/side...
