I think I was at a different restaurant

Looking at some of the other reviews I don't get it. Our service was very good. The food was excellent. We had spider, spicy crunchy tuna and mango rolls. All were good. Every employee we passed on our way out said thank you. This is a very nice and good restaurant. I completely recommend it.

A co-worker and I visiting Vaughan for the week and were craving sushi. Yang's was recommended by several people in our office without hesitation. It is tucked away in the corner of a strip center in front of a mall. Our GPS took us to the vicinity but we actually found it due to the sign on back of the... More

My husband and I were meeting two friends for dinner here. We made reservations, and we arrived on time. Our friends, however, were about 10 minutes late. The "hostess" (who actually was our server) motioned us to a table by the entrance. We waited there for our friends, which is fine, but after they arrived, I noticed that our teppenyaki... More

My 2nd time here and my LAST time. Found hair on the plate while my mom was eating her fish. The chef did basically 'Nothing' to entertain. Just did volcano and fire thing. That's it! Very rushed service. Busy place but not enough chef?? Quickly cooked the dinner and disappeared. We went there for fun and good food. But we... More

Disappointed with the "lack of show" or interaction with the chef. Both had very limited english and didn't interact with our group. Only real show was the onion volcano and a brandy flair. Food ended up being cold, as they cooked the vegetables first and put our plates on the raised bar, then cooked, shrimp, then the chicken then the... More

Excellent food and loads of fun watching the talented chefs do tricks and cook right in front of you! Good value for your money too. Better going with a group of people or you have to share your table with strangers - could be good but might not be!

Comparison to Benihana is very accurate. Same tricks with hot oil, chopping vegetables and tossing eggs. It is quite funny and entertaining if you are with a large group (since the tables are very big and you need a large party to reserve one), however that's exactly the problem: the place is noisy and the table is too large to... Our party of six requested 2 dozen oysters, then spring rolls, with the steak and seafood entree. BANG...before we could enjoy the fresh oysters, the spring rolls arrived. Before we even started eating them, BANG the Chef started his routine on the entree. Despite my requesting the staff to slow down the rapid fire serving, it just continued. Even the... More

Food here is usually very good. The meat is always done the way you like it. The black cod that I had was excellent but my husband orderd the Lobster dinner and was disappointed s the lobster was dry. I dont think he would order this meal again. Also it was suppose to be 2.5 lbs and I dont think... More

The food was terrible and so was our experience. Not worth the money. You pay a lot for very little. We all left hungry. I would never go back.
