In an area with lots of bagel joints, What a Bagel stands out. Terrific variety on the menu for breakfast, from eggs and omelettes to salads and French toast. The omelette plates are huge with three eggs and a nice variety of fillings. It comes with a delicious salad and a bagel. Other dishes include an enormous granola bowl with... More

On one hand once you eat a what a bagel bagel you can't eat another bagel ever! On the other hand their sit down restaurant (eatery) is an average place with extremely high prices.

If you get here early in the morning, they come out nice and warm. Always get their fresh bagels and signature cream cheese. They serve breakfast as well, but be warned it gets busy. So many varieties of bagels, sweets, nice fluffy croissants that melt in your mouth. Their onion buns not that great though. I always get their everything... More

One of the larger bagel chains throughout the GTA. They offer a wide variety of baked goods beyond bagels. I prefer montreal style bagels so their offering is not my favourite. However their Rugelach, a Jewish pastry, is equal to if not better than a good homemade one. They offer a nice selection of other pastries as well. More in... More

Excellent place for breakfast, good food, prompt service, just expect a long wait in a crowded entrance on Sunday mornings.

Lentil soup and a bagel - yum. Service was a bit slow despite 5 staff behind the counter. Seating area slightly shabby, but overall a good spot to get lunch or stock up on tasty pastries and bagels.

My wife and I are regulars here. Very extensive menu, and delicious, I recommend the Jerusalem toast sandwich with feta, yum!

My wife and I really like this restaurant! It's filling, good tasting and a tremendous value! This time around, we had the illy iced coffee, I'm not really a coffee guy, but my wife just can't seem to get enough. She says, the aroma is really good and the taste as well. The entrees tasted fresh and we were both... More

There are two sections to the eatery, one is where you self-serve / order and it's takeout. The other section is the seated eating area. My wife and I had a late lunch here at around 2pm on Friday, it was nearly fully seated and quite busy but people were finishing up and leaving, so we had no problem being... More
