We were staying in Port Elgin for the week, had found Armens last year and loved it, so we wanted to go back again this year and were not disappointed at all, I had the South African Cous Cous Salad, my husband had the beef quesdilla both were excellent, my husband then finished off his meal with their special Pumpkin... This place should be number one. I'm surprised at the lack of support. Everytime I have gone to this place I have left with a new memory that I'll never forget. Not only is the food amazing but the show you get while you're there is free. Going there in the height of the season is like being in the... More

Southwest sante-fe soup, Italian pasta salad, toast & hummus with the best coffee in the area! Good food, good portions, excellent taste, good price. Great sense of humor also!

We were staying at a vacation rental that offered a coupon for "Breakfast at Armen's" so we headed over on our first morning in town. It was raining, but it looked warm and inviting inside with 3 or 4 customers already there sipping coffee and munching on stuff. We tried the door but it wouldn't open, kept trying until we... More

Eclectic food made on site. No premade packaged food comes out of Armen's kitchen! If you like flavours from India and Aisa, Armens does it best. You can get pizza, burgers and fries anywhere, but to find food this good you would have to travel far. We are lucky to have such a spot in our small town.

Armens doesn't look like much on the outside but is quaint on the inside. Open for breakfast and lunch only, 9ish to 3ish during spring, summer, fall. The menu is small but eclectic with something for everyone. I had the full lunch with asparagus and mushroom soup, black bean quesadilla, blueberry cheesecake and iced tea. I was definitely full. Everything... More

No burgers. No fries. No pizza. No wings. NO KETCHUP! If this puts you off Armen’s, please go elsewhere, to one of the million or so places which provide “standard Canadian” menus, and leave this little gem in Southampton to people who really care about good food. Armen won’t be upset by your absence. The menu is interesting, occasionally bordering... More

Love to drop in for lunch and recently had breakfast. Always a delicious and healthy meal, interesting menu. Armen comes up with a lot of enjoyable recipes in his world travels. But as someone who can't eat hot and spicy I'm pleased to say the spices are subtle, not overdone

First breakfast of the year - mushroom omelette and huevos rancheros. Lots to eat and so damn good! Only problem is we will probably be hungry again by Tuesday. Didn't get the air guitar as it for the lunch special only. Fresh and flavorful as always, and a good show to boot!
