My husband ordered the Beef Tenderloin and I ordered the Chicken Under a Brick--so incredibly delicious!! The staff were very friendly and calm, quiet atmosphere even though restaurant was almost full.

Always a pleasure to dine here. Staff is friendly and the meals are always good. They make excellent soups and salads as well.

We have been to this restaurant four times. Each and every time the meals and the service have been "GREAT".This time we were celebrating our daughter and son-in-laws first anniversary. Once again, no complaints, GREAT food, GREAT service. If you like calamari, you certainly can't go wrong here, the best that I have ever eaten, bar non. This is one... More

Today, me and my coworker order dinner from here. He got the veal parmigiano, and caesar salad, and I got the Mussels, and Fetticini Milani. My dish was undercooked, hard and rubbery. My pasta was undercooked, hard, broken, and oily. My coworkers dish was lacking of taste. His veal was the only exception for okay food. His pasta was much... More

I have had the opportunity to visit the San Marco’s Ristorante twice now. I was not particularly impressed with my first visit and less so with the second visit. On my most recent visit, I noticed the menu was very limiting offering no dishes that were even the slightest bit spicy. What happened to Italian sausage or hot peppers? No... More

This was second time at San Marco's Ristorante. Our waitress was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and wines. The service we received was very good. I had the Veal Aldo which was delicious. I had the french onion soup to start which was very good. We enjoyed a glass of Robert Mondavi Cabernet Sauvignon. There was a Rhubarb tart... More

Went there for wife's b-day . The waitress was new. they didn't have the steak she ordered , they then brought her another type she choose but it wasn't that cut either. This place also has gone downhill over the last couple of years. Not sure if there other restaurant has captured their attention, but they certainly are not as... More

Most of the food is delicious but quite overpriced for what you get. I'm really nor interested in paying ala carte for a small salad and/or potato that should be included in the price of the meal. Service was "OK" but not the best. Again, like "@27" some of the staff have condescending attitudes. It reminds me of a "wanna... More

We made reservations and, although late (I called to let them know) because of a traffic accident we arrived to a welcoming greeting, a perfectly situated table, excellent service . The appetizers, salad, main courses and dessert were all well prepared with fresh ingredients. The seafood feature was superb; as were the other main dishes. Next time I will order the... More

We tried San Marco's at 164 Clarence in downtown Port Colborne prior to taking in the Canadian Authors Series featuring Ted Barris providing a lecture/reading of his recent book, “The Great Escape,” at the nearby Roselawn Centre. I always worry when I see corks masquerading as art (at the entrance) but inside, I quickly adjust to a comfortable, intimate setting... More
