Went for business lunch, service was great good was fresh and tasty. Two of us had "Stew Burgers" not made of stew meat it is named after "Stewart Park" (which is the park that is situated across from the restaurant) Great burger on a fresh local bun, the other two in our party ordered the escargot pizza and raved about... 34 of us lunched here. Can you imagine feeding 34 people and keeping them happy? They did very well to organize orders and keep bills straight. Well done! Oh, food was good too.

Six of us canoed up the Tay River and stopped in Perth, Ontario, at Fiddleheads Bar and Grill for lunch. We've done this before and this time was the same: a good lunch in a wonderfully converted older building with ambience and character. Many types of beer on tap, too! When the youngest member of the group accidentally knocked over... More

Had a family meal in this lovely pub/restaurant. The food was good and came in an acceptable time. Our wait person was friendly and helpful (we had 2 small children with us). She did seat us away from the main part of the restaurant and we appreciated that. Highly recommended

We are here on a recent visit to Perth, ON. The menu is a mix of pub fare and restaurant food. My wife ordered a burger with a split side of fries and salad. I had the daily special: duck leg confit over roasted asparagus and sweet potato. The burger was so-so, the duck quite good. Service was very good,... More

Enjoyed a lovely dinner here with friends. The food and the service was very good. The overall decor was charming with the old stonework. The weather did not cooperate or we would have enjoyed the patio adjacent to the river. You can't miss it. The restaurant is right across from the bronze statue of a horse and rider(Big Ben ).

Good food and good service never seems to go together in this restaurant. You get one or the other but very seldom both.

It was my first time visiting Perth, and stumbled upon this cute little place across from the park. Menu had lots of options (including vegetarian), and lunch items were reasonably priced. It was a bit chilly to sit on the patio, but would be nice for a sunny day. Good service, nice view, yummy food. I would recommend to others... More

Our son had taken me there for my 65th birthday . He had been there before ,I never had been there . The décor was excellent ,service was very average. I had order a chicken dish priced at $19.00, when I received it was not satisfactory , I sent it back. The server replaced it with another dinner of my... More

My wife and I visit Fiddleheads every year for our anniversary. Years ago we took my parents there every year to celebrate their anniversary. Stay on the "restaurant" side where it is quite quiet. The service is excellent and the menu always has one or two "unique" offerings.
