Very Nice

Great stay. Was in Ingersoll on business and decided to try something different. Very nice stay but I feel it is more suited for couples.

We enjoyed an outstanding three course dinner! The ambiance was lovely as it was decorated for Christmas in a Victorian theme, and the service was excellent. The food was absolutely amazing and better than expected!!!

Today I was treated to the Elmhurst for my 60th Birthday with 21 family and friends and I was very much looking forward to it. We arrived for brunch and had our own room which was very nice if not slightly crowded. I'm sure that the food was very nice but rather than being allowed to enjoy the food and... More

As is the custom for our group we celebrate our respective 50th wedding anniversaries at the Elm Hurst and we had another fantastic dining experience. The Inn was very accommodating in providing a private main floor room for the occasion and the meal choice met everybody's expectations. The house wine was Ontario and was quite satisfactory

This past Sunday was the 41st anniversary of a Christmas gathering that began in high school with school friends from Ingersoll District Collegiate Instit. For the past dozen + years we have met at Elm Hurst for brunch. It is central for all of us, we can get small dining room to ourselves and the food is wonderful. The atmosphere... More

This is the third time we have made a stop on our way home from visiting Mom in London. The Sunday night buffet is particularly appealing as they have delicious prime rib with all the trimmings, as well as a complete salad bar, fresh made pasta bar, and seafood bar, with crab, smoked salmon, and shrimp. The service is attentive... More

We stayed at the Elmhurst Inn and dined there on two separate evenings. The atmosphere is classy but not stuffy. The staff is professional and friendly. Our waiter for two evenings was Peter. He is a real pro that knows the menu completely and also knows the wine list. He is quick to make solid recommendations, when asked. He is... More

Starts at 10:30 and our reservation was for noon and the place was jumping - reservations needed. Service very good, food variety excellent and the food well prepared. We spent over two hours and were not rushed to leave. Smoked salmon, shrimp and pickled haring for fish, bacon, scrambled eggs, sausage and chicken and well prepared rare beef. Deserts are... More
