Well, maybe not true about the Pecos, but for sure one heck of a delicious pizza is made right here on the Island by none other than Buoy's!. “Manitoulin's Best Fish and Chip”

We ate at Buoys twice becuase we enjoyed the food so much. It is hard to find good food on the Island but Buoys is professional and consistent. What a wonderful little place on Gore Bay. Chicago Pizza rules, but if you don't live in the Windy City, good pizza is almost impossible to find. We were pleasantly surprised by the food and the service. But it's small and there's no A/C so plan on the outdoor umbrella tables on hots days in the summer. More

Have visited Buoys many times. Each time, the food, service and atmosphere is as good as the time before!!! Never varies !! A great place to eat, have a beer and a fantastic view from the deck !!!! More

We just happened upon this wonderful, casual eatery while touring Manitoulin Island off season. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the owner came out to check if everything was fine. We had pizza and beer on the patio, and everything was perfect. Definitely will go back next time we are on the island. More
