Had gone for a meal with my wife who ordered the walleye and I luckily ordered the ribs. My ribs were okay, but her walleye was rubbery. Where in land of so many lakes do restaurants get frozen fish? Just hook up with a supplier or assign someone to go fish straight off the lakes.

The setting was perfect to sit among friends & family, eat chicken wings several different ways ( loved the Thai sauce ) We sat inside as it was on the cool side but there is a patio where you can dine as well. Staff is very friendly & efficient. Hope you will enjoy as much as we did.

Had the pleasure of having lunch at the 'Vous and was extremely pleased with all aspects. Our food was tasty, plentiful and served promptly and by a very attentive, pleasant server. The restaurant itself, has always been a wonderful place to sit, relax and dine....very clean and bright. An all-around great experience! Definitely, will go again!

Ordered the new Rib-Eye steak salad. What a disappointment. The salad was soggy and drenched in typically thousand island type dressing. The ribeye was fatty and lots of grizzle. Wow, this could have been so much better with a little attention to detail. Service was average.

On a recent business trip though the NorthWest I had dinner here. The meal itself was really only average. There was a fair bit of salt used in my selection (a chicken with noodle dish) that actually made it impossible to finish the meal. On the upside I was able to get a bottle of good wine for our table... More

Great service, great view and my steak hit the spot! Just a very good spot to sit on the waters edge with a great view of Rainy Lake while enjoying food, cocktails and friends.

The restaurant and its lake view cannot be beat. Outside seating on the patio is wonderful. Food is usually good but occasionally it is lacking.

Always like the food. Every item I tried was worth the wait, though sometimes extremely long waits. Different areas of the restaurant, including the outside patio, give people an option on how they want to dine. Very ingenious. The staff is very friendly. Though more expensive than any other place in Fort Frances, it is the best place to be.... More

Good service, reasonable prices and tasty. I wasn't crazy about the ribs but the Taco salad, goat cheese salad, and homemade soups were amazing. Burger was real and mm good. I didn't try the fries but they looked homemade and made me drool. Try it out!

We ate at the Rendez Vous last night. It was fantastic. I had the Blackberry BBQ Chicken &Ribs and the sauce was amazing. The server was very attentive. Although a bit pricy, you get a fantastic meal for the price. It is one of the few alternatives to fast-food in Fort Frances, and is definitely the best.
