Stopped for breakfast - eggs and sausage were good. Home fries were cut potatoes cooked on grill not deep fried cubes. The bacon however was tough and very salty. Coffee is second cup and it was good as well. The place is a little run down and the lot is full of pot holes, very dusty - put windows or... More

Was disappointed in the broken eggs...one I can understand, all of them means they don't care. Place is clean, change lots since I was here 20 years ago. I would try them again but I was disappointed

Don't let the number of trucks in the parking lot make you think this is a great place to dine - they're only there because of a lack of other local truck stop options. Food Is mediocre at best, and priced out of line with reality. Fuel prices are also nothing special, so don't stop here expecting a deal on... More

We made the mistake of checking into the dirty Motel first, It stunk like cigarette smoke and we were in a non smoking room. Then we went to eat in the restaurant, That was mistake number 2. My children wanted the buffet for dinner and I got a wrap. While we were eating I overheard the employees speaking about buffet... More

This place has been around for years and serves the general public as well besides truckers. Althought the atmosphere is dated but still has the feel of a truck stop. Service has always been good and a variety of items on the menu. They have a separate sector for professional drivers to sit in and eat. Have eaten in this... More

Great place to stop and not just for truckers...Great diner food plus an extensive Buffet which changes from breakfast to lunch/dinner... In my opinion it beats the typical "fast food" stops on the highway. Plus an easy on/easy off access. During my trips along this stretch of Highway 401, this is a mandatory stop..

I had the oppourtunity to eat a typical breakfast here aug21-2012 and I will never return!! For 2 scrawny eggs 3 paper thin pieces of bacon, 2 low budget pieces of toast and 1 "typical" coffee the total bill was an outrageous $10.50!!!! Are you kidding me??? It was a 2 dollar breakfast at best. I feel bad for the... More

We stopped here recently as I used to stop there every time I went to Toronto when I worked in the trucking industry. Prices have certainly gone up in the past five years, and portions are smaller, but the Hot Hamburger Sandwich is still great. A good place to stop if heading westbound across Toronto and don't want to stop... More

We had lunch and with the tip, our bill was $31. This for a hamburger with fries, Pepsi, toasted western with fries and chocolate milk. Food was tasty but way overpriced. Decor is also outdated and the place certainly needs a good cleaning. Very disappointing for a restaurant we previously enjoyed on road trips.

I recently had a meal at one of the other Fifth Wheel Restaraunts and wasn't dissappointed so I decided to try this one as I was spending the night here anyway. I had the Meatloaf dinner which I was expecting to get the standard small pieces you'd get everywhere else. I was pleasantly supprised when the dish arrived with two... More
