“When is Spring getting here?”

Good chips, great chips, the best chips in the world!! Just get in your car and go there as soon as spring breaks. Even the weatherman at CJOH in Ottawa announces when Wes' French Fries finally opens for the season.

“Can't Get Enough”

People drive hours for these french fries! They are DE-LI-CIOUS! Small chip truck that has been there as long as I can remember. Some people don't like that they don't sell anything else but I do. It's a genuine and authentic chip truck without all the added crap. No burgers ... no poutine ... just really, really good french fries!... More

I know it sounds weird, but I *adore* the scent of Wes' fries. They are, indeed, the best I've ever had, in fact. The unfortunate (or fortunate?) thing is they don't sell anything else. So if you want a really good burger, you have to go to Britannia Beach and go to the Baja Burger Joint, then travel an hour... More

A small chipstand across the bridge with ample parking. Everyone in this town loves their Wes' chips, but while the quantity of fries received is abundant the quality is not. “SIMPLY THE BEST!”

Enjoy fry 'stands', tried many. Wes' is the one!!! NO grease stain on paper bags, don't know they're secret but can't be beat! Only 1 drawback, wish they had gravy.

The french fries here are nothing special, very ordinary as a matter of fact. There are other chip trucks in the 'prior that are as good or better. Menu is very limited, fries or more fries.
