Great food

Food is always good here and there are lots of options for vegan and vegetarians. The portions are super small so dont go if your hungry.

You can't find service like this anywhere. The food? You are wished away somewhere else. An absolute delight. The owners, who are chief and likely the gracious server out front are two of the most down to earth people you will ever meet. I've gone in many times alone or with friends..doesn't matter. They treat everyone like they would want... More

There's nothing better than that healthy-full feeling you get from eating a fresh, locally-prepared and delicious meal. Went for brunch with a few ladies from school and everyone was beyond satisfied! I chose the CLT+e pretzel with an amazing soup (cauliflower-curry?) and was definitely pleased with my selection... even though everyone else's looked just as appetizing! Perfectly refreshing staff and... More

I'm not from the area and this restaurant isn't like anything where I'm from. I don't usually go for organic food but it was so nice inside, the service was great and the food was surprisingly delicious. It's a great idea to have an all organic restaurant; I'll be coming back!

I've been here a number of times, and service is always excellent! Not only is service quick, but the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The food is delicious, local, and healthy; portions are prefect size, but prices are a bit high. The building itself has a wonderful, earthy vibe decorated with local art. It has a great downtown location.... More

Enjoyed a great breakfast recently. The "green pretzel " was very good and the peas added an interesting texture. My companion had the panini which was delicious as well. Best of all, the washroom and eating area is very clean. Great coffee. Service was friendly and efficient. Will definitely visit again

I don't know why I hadn't heard of BaKED in New Glasgow as we go there quite a bit. We had read the reviews just before we got there and thought... why not give it a try. So glad we did. Wonderful soup du jour and sandwich... all local and organic; very tasty. The restaurant is small and wonderfully clean... More

Loved the healthy lunches we had on our way to Baddeck that we stopped by a second time on our way to Halifax. For the first lunch, I had Power House Sandwich, my brother had the Grilled Cheese, and my mother had the Protein Super Salad. For the second lunch, my brother and I had the Power House Sandwich and... More
