Stopped here while driving from PEI to Cape Breton, in and out in 40 minutes. Lunch was fantastic with no complaints. Food was different styled but delicious none the less. Have a meal here!

Had lunch and found it a nice choice. The soup and pumpkin seed role was good. The menu and decor were interesting and varied. New Glasgow has grown.

This is a great place to go for lunch. The food is always fresh and prepared as ordered. The menu has a great variety of interesting healthy choices and daily specials. A pleasant alternative to pre-made or fast food restaurants. Service and staff are excellent as well.

If you're looking for fresh and healthy this is the place to go. I had an amazing salad with generous portion of avocado and other delightful treats. I only wish I wasn't travelling through for just one day!

This was my first time at this restaurant. It is small and cute. The workers are soooo friendly and just all around pleasant. I had the CLT with the Currie soup. I wasn't a huge fan of the Puree Currie soup, but the sandwich (Sammie) was Delicious. I also had a square there, which was very good. I would recommend... More

Tried this restaurant today and was very pleased with the selection, food and service. This is definitely one I will go to again! I had the house salad with the pea and bean burger. I also had a latte with almond milk. As a vegetarian there were so many options, I can't wait to return and try more!

My friend and I have come in here often and continue to enjoy it. The staff is friendly and easy going and the whole atmosphere of the place is laid back and easy going. I enjoy that the glasses are Mason Jars and all the food is fresh, local and relatively healthy. The portions are perceived as small because when... More

The turkey sandwich, with fresh turkey and a cream cheese/ cranberry spread, accompanied by a small couscous crunchy salad, washed down with a special and unusually flavoured pink lemonade, made for a delicious lunch. It was a challenge to bypass the wide variety of enticing dessert choices, and the smooth coffee.what a wonderful place to relax with friends.

I travel the country extensively for business and often find myself out of luck to find food that is wholesome and tasty, I am a vegetarian so that poses a whole other challenge. BaKED was recommended to me by a customer on a recent visit to New Glasgow, I thoroughly enjoyed their breakfast and lovely selection of healthy baked goods.... More
