Service is always courteous and efficient. Food is always as is ordered and prices are excellent The ladies who run it have enjoyed Where to Eat in Canada each year since 2010 when they took over operations. Time to spare? Drop in anytime and enjoy a free coffee or tea while chatting with friends and neighbors.

Went to Dine and Dash for breakfast with our son and daughter in law on a Saturday morning and for home style cooking it can't be beat. The eggs are always the test, and everyone got exactly what they ordered. We tried everything from bacon to beans and had no complaints.

Service was extremely slow. There was only 4 others in the restaurant at the time. There were 6 of us and my elderly Uncle wondered if they were trying to catch the fish before they cooked it. The fish and chips were OK nothing to write home about . Average food, average portion, painfully slow service. The other thing we... More

The food was ok, nothing that really stood out. I had the panfried haddock special and it wasn't the worst haddock I had or the best, kind of fell in the middle. Fries were like any fry you would buy and cook from the grocery store. The coleslaw was terrible, had no taste, and there were a few vegetables on... More

This place used to be such a gem , a great spot to meet friends and guaranteed always to enjoy a delicious meal. Well since the new owners they are always under staffed and food quality is poor. Canned or frozen everything and portions are poor. Even the veggies and fruit that are local aren't available in season here. They... More

We get to this little out of the way restaurant a few times a year. Usually a good crowd that isn't too loud. Staff is always friendly & the food is always good. Well worth the trip of the beaten path.

Thw homemade turkey soup is awesome when it's available. The shepherds pie is also tasty and hearty.

Quite disappointed with bland food. Decent service and prices, but a letdown overall.

Great Spot! Really good food, we enjoyed it! But thank god we asked a local. We drove around the downtown of New Glasgow, but its east in Trenton. 102 main street.
