I cannot say this place came highly recommended to us by the locals, I order Sole & my dining partner ordered the Pasta Primavera. The pasta was so heavy on Garlic, it was a lingering smell for the following 2 days. The Sole was so poorly cooked, I couldn't believe that a restaurant in Atlantic Cananda would put out such... This restaurant is the best in this small town. It has good food, pleasant surroundings, a friendly staff -- what more could you want? Prices are good and portions are plentiful. The noise level is pleasant -- no loud piped-in music. You can actually carry on a conversation with your table mates. Stop in there -- you be well taken... More

The atmosphere is quite pleasant, as are the wait staff. The pub-style food is very good, but some other things, like pasta, are so-so. Our family has eaten there dozens of times over the years when visiting Mabou. Definitely worth a visit.

My husband and i stopped in for a bite of lunch and found a friendly, casual atmosphere with good food and healthy choices. Beer and wine available. We had soup and Greek salads which we enjoyed. Reasonably priced, good for families.

We have been going here for over a decade. Every year. Always happy. Never disappointed. Good value, good food, good service, nice little selection of cheeses and such at the front. My wife is fantastically impressed with the cheesecake here.

We have been eating here once or twice a year for several years whenever we visit Mabou. The food is always hot, fresh and plentiful. The fish is consistently excellent and so that is what I always order. The environment is casual and comfortable. My only disappointment this visit was the background music. Since we visited during the Thanksgiving weekend... More

Came across The Mull Cafe & Deli travelling down the coast road where there's relatively few such places by the road. It's a lot larger than it looks from the outside, but I was the only one inside with one on the front veranda when I stopped by mid afternoon. Good plain food, including a memorable chowder, at reasonable prices... More

The food here is always excellent. I especially recommend their potato skins, pasta primavera, and their pan fried or deep fried fish. It is comfortable family dining at a reasonable price and delicious.

The fish is cooked properly, the salads are crisp, the veggies are rather uninspired but there are lots. The desserts are good and atmosphere is log cottage like with local music piped in the background. Eaten here many times, never a bad experience. There is something for everyone.
