We had dinner at this resturant, as we had heard that the food was very good. We found the place to be very busy. We had to wait for a table indoors to become available. for about 30 minutes. The waitress that took our drink order never came back. We had another waitress take our food order, we got our... More

Great portions / taste, and price. Very good staff and nice live music. There was great ambiance in the restaurant.

When we found our old standby in Cheticamp had closed its doors, we ended up trying a place we'd driven by many times. The kitschy lighthouse doorway was a bit off-putting, but the meal was fine: crab and lobster rolls on a toasted bun, with sides of fries and salad. We chose the huge and yummy piece of coconut cream... More

Okay this is a small town and not great choices. We found this restaurant very disappointing. We weren't in the mood for fish and both a chicken and a spaghetti dish were practically inedible. The fish that was being served at other tables didn't look too appetizing either. Service was appallingly slow. Prices a little high for bad food. Find... More

We ate at this delightful restaurant which is in a lighthouse so it is very easy to recognize on the main street of Cheticamp, Nova Scotia. It was recommended to us by a local fisherman. It is a very large restaurant with an even bigger bar/lounge area with live entertainment nightly. Our first clue that this might be good, was a... More

This restaurant has a huge menu and very friendly staff. The food was good. As an added feature, there are hand-hooked gifts for sale near the check-out.

My wife and I stopped here for a well earned Lunchbreak from the Cabot Trail! The restaurant is just off the road and not difficult to miss due to the large lighthouse protruding from its front! Inside the restaurant was a little dated and could have done with a little more light - it seemed quite dark! The menu was... More

The food here was just fine. I had lobster roll and chowder (excellent chowder) and my wife had a salad. Sevice was outstanding. It's just a matter of taste but quaint is overrated from my personal point of view so unless you like a place that is a bit dated, it not the greatest.
