Nothing truly remarkable, but we had fresh lobster, our meals were well prepared and flavorful, service was attentive and there was live music during our dinner. In you're in Baddeck, it's a fine choice for a meal.

We just wandered into this place after a long day of touring. Great friendly service. Fabulous food. Reasonable prices. The only downside is that by the time we got there, oysters had been sold out. On Cape Breton, this place is a must.

We stopped in Baddeck at this nice restaurant. I ordered the seafood chowder which was outstanding. My wife ordered the crab cakes which she really enjoyed. Overall a very delightful restaurant with good food.

Our fish was fresh, the service was friendly - and there were good views. We ate there twice; it was convenient to our hotel and after long days driving around Cape Breton, we appreciated being nearby. It was like that comfortable neighborhood restaurant we all have. We found the staff welcoming and accommodating.

loved the crab cakes, enjoyed the dining experience and the view of the water was beautiful. My four year old son loved the place and service was great.

We went to this restaurant on our first day of the Cabot Trail trip and were very disapointed. As soon as we walked in the staff were cold and unwelcoming. The food tasted plain and was overpriced for what it was. For lunch for 2 without drinks or dessert we paid $45. Never coming back again!

Excellent and friendly service. Good food, well prepared. The best seafood chowder I have ever had. The staff was attentive. You almost need a knife and for for the sea food chowder.

We ate at the Bell Buoy Restaurant twice during our recent stay in Baddeck. Dinner our first night in town was good and light: Bruschetta, Calamari, and Buffalo Shrimp. Serve was efficient and friendly and we loved that we could walk back to the Water's Edges Inn where we were staying. The second meal was incredible. After a couple of... More

Great food, ambience, and view. Caters to locals and to groups, so it is best to dine early or make a reservation! No complaints, and would return anytime.

My wife and I had dinner here one night prior to our trip around the Cabot Trail and enjoyed a clean setting with an attentive staff .I ordered the lobster sandwich paired with soup and my wife had the chicken linguini. Both meals were very adequate.
