It is hard to describe our experience of this resterant and B & B, it is in a beautiful, unspoiled and rather timeless setting, the town is small, unpretentious, and the sea there is wild and lonely. A group of 6 friends stopped at this cafe/restautant, after hiking in the nearby Cape Chignecto Park. They didn't have an issue finding us a table. First of all, the building is very charming. It's an old style house, very well kept. The decor inside is very interesting, full of paintings and photos and antiques. Now... the food! Three of... More

We had the most amazing lunch, early dinner here. We had a perfect window view watching the tide and a storm role in. The food is the most creative, delicious and beautifully presented food we have had in a long time! They take the traditional and turn it in to something extraordinary! We lucked out not having to wait long... More

We visited the restaurant just before we went to Cape Chegnecto for a day kayaking trip with Nova Shores. They recommended warmly the place. The food was the best we have ever tried. The service was fast and very friendly. We will definitely recommend Wild Caraway and we will come back one day! Thank you. Yoto, Konstantina, Emiliya and Momchil... More

Run by a Melbourne chef, the Wild Caraway is one of the best restaurants in Nova Scotia that I have been to. It is hidden away in Advocate Harbour. The sea food chowder, french onion soup and lobster bisque were all the best I have ever tasted. Friendly staff were the icing on the cake!

Very good, high end food. The staff were friendly & you can tell the chef takes pride in his food. They were so very good about accommodating our daughter…they made her garlic bread upon request even though it wasn't on the menu to go with her pasta.

We read about this restaurant and made reservations months ahead of our travels. Wild Caraway did not disappoint! The owner couple is highly talented and motivated to create a dining experience that distinguishes itself from all others. Sarah is very accommodating and it was a pleasure talking to her. We dined here for two dinner and one lunch and wished... More
