The people here are very friendly and it is a local hangout. Service generally very good and the owners are active during peak times weekly. Their seafood platter is very good as it is all there food items. This is a family run restaurant with the majority of the staff being family members. He will not find a better restaurant... More

The service was great here, but I wasn't overly pleased with the quality of the food served. It was processed and not fresh. I had high hopes for this home-style looking restaurant, but left feeling like I could have got something better at a fast food establishment.

After not eating here in approx 10 years, it is still pretty good. Lobster roll plate was amazing! Fried haddock was ok, didn't taste or look like the fresh cut fish they had years ago. The poppers were amazing! Chocolate creme pie for dessert is highly recommended!

If my husband were rating McNay's, he would probably rate it higher. He had a turkey dinner with stuffing, corn, and a baked potato (He opted not to have the cole slaw.) for $10.25. He was very happy with his dinner and said that everything was delicious and there was plenty of it. I, on the other hand, was not... More

After driving by this place all my life I finally had a chance to stop and get some take out dinners to bring to the motel. I am so glad I did. It fulfilled my expectations, which included a clean "home town" small diner-type of restaurant. Fancy you want? Not here. Want to feel like you are stopping by your... More

This small Diner is a great spot to get great sandwiches and good fish and chips. The staff is friendly and the food is good and reasonably priced.

Our family has been going to McNay's for over 20 years and we love it. It used to be called the Corner Stop and the Whitehouse. I mostly go there for their subs; the bread is fantastic and the quality of the sub ingredients is impeccable. My most recent visit was this weekend when I took my parents out for... More

Good food, what you would expect from a diner. The place is always freezing though, even in the summer, for better or worse, and the chairs and tables are a bit awkward and uncomfortable. Try their subs.

Very friendly staff and a nice clean restaurant. We had a variety of items to eat. Nice selection to choose from. We had a very nice fresh lobster roll, a pasta dinner and a great salad. All were fresh and homemade. However we had no room for the desserts which looked marvelous. A great place to eat in St. Stephen!
