I'm not reviewing Fiori's B&B as a B&B (yet) but as a place to eat in beautiful St. Martins. I've passed by this place many times, never realized it also served breakfast and supper. However, when I asked a local for the best place to eat breakfast, they immediately suggested Fiori's . . . always listen to the locals! It... More

My wife and I had dinner at Fiori's last night in St. Martins, New Brunswick. The owners were very cordial and gracious. The atmosphere was informal and homey. We had a bowl of steamed mussels for an appetizer: delicious. My wife had the dilled salmon as her entree. It came with blanched asparagus and rice. She liked it so much that... More

This is my all-time favourite restaurant. I go there weekly, for breakfast especially. I spent a year in Texas and this restaurant it the closest I have gotten to eating authentic Tex-Mex food. The salsa is to die for! The food is fresh and tastes like it was made from scratch. The campers from our campground love going there as... More

We stayed two nights at the attached B&B, and had breakfast here both mornings and dinner here one night. In all honesty, if we had dinner here the first night instead of the second, we would have had it here two nights in a row.

Excellent little hole in the wall! We went for breakfast, and found an interesting menu with an assortment of both traditional Canadian and Mexican fare. The food was obviously made from scratch, and really excellent! The owners were walking around chatting and joking with guests, the atmosphere was very homey and comfortable! The prices were also VERY reasonable, especially for... More

We were in town only one night, and we were staying at the Salmon River B&B at the same location. There aren't a whole lot of restaurants in town, and the season was winding down, so we chose to have an early dinner here. We went for southwest cuisine. I ordered a cheese and chorizo quesadilla. My companion ordered chile... More

Ended up here by chance and had a delicious meal for a reasonable price. I ordered scallops which were sweet, tender and perfectly sauteed and were carefully arranged alongside broccoli and garlic mashed potatoes. My companion had fish and chips and said the fish was excellent. I would order beer instead of wine next time as it was just OK.... More

The breakfast I had this morning will rank right up there among one of my best meals. Huevos Rancheros perfection. I had the fish chowder the night before, which was delicious as well. Food is obviously prepared with love and a great appreciation of flavors.

Do not let the unpretentious appearance fool you. The food is of a very high standard, prepared and cooked with a true feel for the ingredients and a true understanding of what makes a great meal. Had the Calamari appetizer, the batter was about the best I have ever tasted, served crisply sautéed, with a very tasty dipping sauce. Followed... More

My family has traveled to St. Martins for over 40 years, and this last trip was the best due to the culinary delights of Fiori's at the Salmon River B&B. There is a variety of foods from which to choose and they all are phenomenal. We stayed for 5 nights in our RV and ate 4 dinners and 4 breakfasts... More
