Great atmosphere

I tried the lobster poutine, really good but a little pricey and not enough lobster. Service was awesome, dessert was excellent 👌🏻

We stopped here on the way back from Hopewell cape and were pleasantly surprised by the great quality of food. The lobster bisque was fabulous!!!! I did not have the chowder but everyone that had the chowder was raving about it. lots of seafood on the menu and the homemade desserts looked good...gluten free apple crumble.

Mussels were delicious, beer was cold, service was excellent and fast. All food was great. Price was decent. Definitely worth going again.

We did not plan on eating at the Boathouse but we met up with some locals on the beach during low tide and they told joined us for dinner at the Boathouse. We sat out front and enjoyed some beverages while we waited for our food. The lobster roll and fries were delicious. We were served by Gloria who was... More

We are staying in Alma a couple of weeks and at here yesterday. The food was fine... Nothing really wrong with it and the mussels with 2 beers for $17.99 was pretty good deal (though mussels were a bit ordinary). Overall we found the prices expensive especially given the fact it is a casual feeling place - arborite tables etc.... More

I went there with my family for dinner when we stayed in Alma. The food was good but the service was really slow!

Visited the Alma Boathouse as a pit stop during a very long road trip. It was just what we needed: quiet, great service, great food. Alma is a nice place to stop, a really cute little town. This place had good food for good prices, and our waitress was really fun to talk to.

The food was fresh and fast and the service was friendly. We had the fish and chips and the lobster roll and soup and they were both very tasty.

We made a trip into Alma for lunch as there aren't many choices in the area. Just happen to pick the Alma Boathouse, good choice . The food was good as was the service. They have a bucket filled with all sorts of seafood topped with a big lobster. We didn't try it but the couple next to us did.... More
