Lobster Roll and Seafood Chowder FTW!

The lobster roll was super tasty. As was the Seafood Chowder! Service was fantastic. Great location to boot.

We had the fish and chips and it was amazing! It was a huge portion of fish, lots of fries and coleslaw, and was $14.99! Some of the other Seafood prices are high, but that is the norm for most seafood restaurants. Good eats!

This is one of the main restaurants in Alma. Because the Tides Restaurant is AAA recommended, we decided to try it. One night we were turned away, because the cook had to leave at 8:00 pm. We tried again the next night, and came earlier (and the cook apparently stayed later). We got a table by the window, with a... More

We were driving from Saint John to the Hopewell Rocks and came across this charming little place in Alma. We were seated right at the window and had a wonderful view of the water and could watch the tide going out. There are huge windows overlooking the beautiful grounds and they have hummindbird feeders attached to them. While dining, we... More

I ordered the lobster stuffed chicken breast served with wild rice and salad and we had a lobster dip for our appetizer. It was all amazing and we met the owners while we were there, service was fast, and the staff were very friendly.

We are traveling in motor coaches through the Canadian Maritimes. On the suggestion of a fellow traveler we tried the Tides. We arrived at lunchtime on a Thursday. There were only a couple of other diners and we were seated immediately. The view of the Bay of Fundy is fabulous. Two in our party of 6 ordered the chowder. It... More

This restaurant is a beautiful one! It is right on its on cove and you can see it while dining. The lobster dinner was indescribable to say the least! It was the BEST lobster dinner I have ever had in my life! The lobster you get comes straight from their cove and is so so so so good! Excellent!

Whatever your seafood taste you can find it here. Much of the food is fried, so be ready for this. Fish and Chips (Haddock), chowder and lobster. All excellent. Try the local brew: Alpine -it's delicious

On our first night in NB we went to Tides for dinner. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and were more than willing to share. We had a window table and could watch the boats getting more and more landlocked as the tide was going out. The food was okay but maybe a little pricey. I... More

I hadn't had fresh lobster for many many years so had no clue how to eat one anymore etc. The waitress and the hostess both took alot of time to explain the menu options for lobster and then how to eat the lobster and not leave any of the good meat behind. Both these women were truly amazing hosts and... More
