We were late coming in. They were super nice accommodating us and the food was fantastic. We are staying in the area for 3 days and will definitely be back!!!

Billed as a spot for homemade pasta and seafood, we stopped in for lunch. We were given a menu that contained neither pasta nor seafood. There were a half dozen sandwich selections, but nothing inspiring. The atmosphere made me feel like we were interrupting a visit between the worker and a friend who had brought her kids to visit and... More

It's a café, we're not talking fine dining here, but the food is excellently prepared and served, a great relief from most of the other restaurants around who only seem to have a deep fat fryer at their disposal! The staff are cheery and competent - it's open through the day from early and was a great find. We visited... More

Since this place seemed new to me (never noticed it before) I was expecting something more updated. All of the tables were old and none were the same, the chairs were all different and the non-leather fabric on our chairs were all ripped and peeling off. The tables were completely bare, no cutlery, no decor. The main dining room was... More

Soups and sandwiches were all excellent, quite tasty, fresh, and hot. Service was very friendly, and quick. Wifi available to boot. Did not expect to find such a place in Alma, difficult to believe there are two eateries rated higher in Alma.

We were only in Alma for 2 days and visited TWICE! Delicious homemade all natural desserts. Tried about 6 different offerings and loved them all. This is a MUST STOP!! Great service, friendly staff.

We were just looking for some place to order a tea and a coffee after a hike in Fundy, and someone suggested we try the Octopus's Garden. My friend , who is VERY hard to please when it comes to coffee, pronounced her drip coffee and, later, her cappuccino, both excellent. I'm equally hard to please when it comes to... More

Good food if you're looking for pasta. I don't remember much else on the menu. But what they offered was well done.

Awesome food. Friendly staff. Loved sitting on the patio and listening to the water on a beautiful sun shiny day, didn't want to leave. Everything was good from the lemonade all the way through to dessert. Will definately return again, hopefully sooner then later.

We stayed for 3 nights at Point Wolfe Camping grounds in the Bay of Fundy, and the Octopus' Garden was our place to grab a cappuccino (more of a latte, but oh well) and quick bite (great home-made snacks / did not eat meal here however). This is where I wrote my blog, listened to podcasts (well, downloaded them) and... More
