My husband and I had occassion to spend the night in Comox and literally can out of the rain to Thyme. we were treated to a warm welcome from chef/owner Yoon Kim. After cruising past Thyme a couple times while in the Comox/ Courtenay area, we stopped, only because the restaurant we were looking for a couple blocks away was no longer. I have travelled many places in the world and am so impressed to find this place in such a small town on Vancouver Island. We started with a beautiful Amuse and very wonderful bread.
