Tasty!

I love Mexican flavors and Old Crow delivers. The portions are large and the selection of food is terrific. I have never been disappointed. It is fresh and tasty no matter what you chose. The taco triplets are fantastic but so is everything!

Great service and a great deal on tacos! We had the chicken tacos which were served on corn tortillas with caramellized onions and a little salsa. The coffee is very good too. This little place is well worth visiting if you find yourself on Gabriola Island.

It's like "Cheers" where everyone knows your name. This restaurant specializes in fresh Mexican food with a twist. Prices are good, and they are licensed. The coffee is amazing, featuring the locally-roasted Red Rooster coffee. I love the Americano. The Cafe is located in the Village Centre on Gabriola Island, and is well worth a visit for coffee or meal.... More

The Old Crow is a good spot for lunch or dinner, with a beer or a glass of wine. Good food, not overly expensive. It's an easy place to be. You don't have to dress up. The atmosphere is friendly an informal. Kid friendly.

We were looking forward to a nice Sunday breakfast out and we tried The Old Crow Cafe, as we had been there once before, a couple of years ago when it was wonderful. We ordered the scrambled eggs and bacon. The eggs were dry and tasteless, the bacon skimpy and overcooked, and the potatoes average at best. No orange juice... More

We were attracted to the Old Crow Cafe because it seemed like a place where they made a lot of their food from scratch. We were not disappointed. Our lunch was fresh tasting, delicious and filling. We feel we got good value for what we paid. We enjoyed eating outside on a sunny afternoon and watching people come and go.... More

Awesome food, terrible service, kids menu is ridiculously small. Atmosphere is very relaxed and happy.

Truly I am sorry that your service sucked. It is such a big part of a dining experience. We do try hard and I feel my staff makes the effort to go that extra mile, but unfortunately it sometimes falls short. Thanks for taking the time to review the Crow and for your feedback. I am very happy that you... More

we had lunch there yesterday, and sat outside on the lovely patio, people watching and enjoying the amazing weather. my husband ordered a veggie burger, but within a very short time, the server came to our table to let us know they were out of them. We changed the order to a hamburger, which arrived shortly afterwards but was still... More

Really tasty Mexican-inspired dishes here at a very reasonable price. The burrito is massive. I really liked the tomatillo sauce on the enchilada.
