Been there a few times over the past few years because I love a unique, live music experience. Unique it certainly is - music always fantastic! No matter how unique it is, how out of the way and how great the music is, they REALLY need to clean! I don't care about paint stripped off tables, stuffing falling out of... More

I have been here four times over the past 5 - 6 years and the entertainment is always great. The host is friendly and eclectic but the place has not been cleaned since it opened and the food has been marginal on all 4 visits. I was disgusted to find that there was absolutely no soap in the washroom !!!... More

Lorenzo's is a unique little restaurant located in the settlement of Ashton Creek. It is an old, small, schoolhouse that was fixed up and added to with materials from an old bowling alley. Years ago the food was excellent, but it has since descended into mediocrity. However, the entertainment continues to be excellent and often unique. Lorenzo's is a slightly... More

The décor did nothing for me, the server spent her time at the bar visiting, The seafood wellington was cold in the middle. We were there with company to enjoy the music. The air smelled of marijuana. We left as soon as we could pay our bill.

This eatery is absolutely one of my favorites.....they have a great chef at this restaurant. The rpices are not cheap, you do pay for what you eat, and it's worth every penny. Lorenzo's offers entertainment on weekends, especially through the summer months.

Previous reviews have covered what I would have to say so I will just add....if you are looking for an enjoyable and memorable experience... you have to visit Lorenzo's! I would give it five stars but the food is average....it is the rest of the experience that gives it a solid 4 stars.

I recently visited Lorenzo's Cafe this summer while on holidays. I was really impressed by the originality of the place. Work from local artists was displayed upstairs in the gallery, and there was even a bowling alley out back! It's a school house that has been renovated into a restaurant. I've never seen anything quite like it. The band was... More

We have a cabin at Mara Lake. Just south of Sicamous. Everytime we are out there, we are always looking for something interesting to do. We had heard about Lorenzos from neighbours of ours and thought we would try it out. It is in the middle of nowhere on the way out to Mabel Lake. It is an old school... More
