This place is great! But, you have to be 21 to enter as we found with a few places in Grand Forks so we were not able to visit when we had our younger kids along to visit UND son. But, we have visited couple of times when taking and picking up son from school. The service, the food, the... More

Loved this restaurant!!!! We were traveling thru and chose this restaurant based on Trip Advisor's reviews. We ate at the bar and had the fried pickles (amazing) and the Buffalo Chicken Lavosh. The Lavosh is terrific.....thin and crispy. We had a bottle of Zinfandel, which was excellent. The bartender was attentive. Overall, this is a busy and fun place if... More

After seeing a play at the Empire we came here for a late dinner and drinks. We started with the deep dried pickles which were tasty pickle spears with Havarti cheese wrapped in egg roll wrappers and deep fried but not greasy at all. Very tasty ! My dining partner had the chicken pesto melt and sweet potato fries which... More

This used to be our favorite place in town. But this week, they introduced a revised menu. My favorite item is now gone, and the ones we did try had deletions from the presentation and the side items that made them unique. (When the lamb burger says it comes with yoghurt, that is really all it comes with. No veg,... More

We had to eat here since we were in Grand Forks. We usually look at Trip Advisors to figure out where we will eat when we are traveling. The Toasted Frog was #1 and according to the reviews, it seemed like our kind of place. When we arrived, there was an hour wait for a table. We decided to grab... More

This is one of our favorite places in town! The lobster tail is so sweet and perfect, martinis are wonderful of which I recommend the Tropical Tadpole and the baked Brie is excellent. The atmosphere is fun and upbeat. A great place for dinner and is located downtown.

We had to check out the Toasted Frog during our trip to Grand Forks earlier this week - it is rated as the #1 restaurant in GF. We both had filet steak with wasabi garlic mash potatoes. It was very good and the prices are reasonable. There was some Wow-factor. The deep-fried pickles are pretty awesome. I'd go again. Oh,... More

The beer was great... a little limited on the selection. They had a huge martini list to make up for it. The atmosphere was great. Had a lot of fun. Make sure to make a reservation if your party is more than 6 people, otherwise the wait is a bit long but worth it!

I just want to say that while visiting Grand Forks, North Dakota for a few days, we ate at the Toasted Frog iwhich was located downtown. What a wonderful little restaurant, excellent service, the drinks/bartenders were great, and the Food was unbelievable. We will definitely be back to your restaurant when we are back in Grand Forks. The other thing... More

We'd read many positive reviews for the Toasted Frog which is why we agreed to wait about an hour to be seated. I had two Martinis, the first had barely any alcohol in it, but the second more than made up for it. I ordered the Mahi Mahi and found it somewhat dry and overcooked. My side of green beans... More
