Great place for dinner and drinks. Great view of downtown. Very cute atmosphere. Fried pickles are awesome. I would defiantly come back

Went to this restaurant for a date night with my fiance. Their deep fried pickle appetizer was delicious. Extensive drink menu. Our waiter was very knowledgeable about the specials for the night. I ordered the Bianca wood fired pizza. The prosciutto was so good. My fiance ordered to Bison burger and that was very good also.

Even though I'm a college student I don't like going downtown, but I thoroughly enjoy going to the Toasted Frog! Wonderful, mature atmosphere. Pricey martini's but they are *so* worth it. Anything you order is good. The wasabi mashed potatoes are to die for, but I must say they are not for everyone! My girlfriends & I come here about... More

We found the Toasted Frog online as we really wanted something funky and not a chain. What a dining delight. Almost didn't get in as the place is packed. We got the best seats at the back bar where the action is! Giant martinis and nice wine selection. We shared the frisee salad with poached egg - fresh, astringent and... More

Visiting Grand Forks with two friends for a weekend getaway. We wanted to go to a somewhat upscale restaurant for dinner. Found the Toasted Frog in downtown Grand Forks on urbanspoon. We agree with most of the reviews on the food. The filet was good but not juicy, the pasta was good but the sauce a bit runny, the pizza... More

We had a large group that got the backroom. The food was delicious, especially the fried pickles (with cheese) and the buffalo wings. The pizzas come out huge, so one pizza could actually be used for 2 or 3 people. If you are looking for a place to take someone on a date, this would be a good place.

Overall great venue, great martinis, great food. We had the fried cheesy pickles, chipotle pork melt with the spicy aioli-omg solo good! They need to sell that sauce it is so good! Our only disappointment was the menu revamp no longer has the deep fried cheesecake which was phenomenal-BRING BACK THE CHEESECAKE PLEASE- it is seriously that good!!!! We have... More

My husband and I have been coming to the toasted frog for years as a date night while he was in medical school. We LOVE the fried cheesy pickles and the Chipotle Pork melt and absolutely love the spicy aioli sauce (they honestly need to sell that stuff in jars-I would buy tons of it!!) The restaurant is always busy... More

Well-made, imaginative dishes with locally raised ingredients coupled with flavorful, exotic fish entrees make this a destination restaurant if you're in the Grand Forks area. The staff is well-trained and well-informed too and can cater to small and larger groups. And the bar is small but a great option if you can't get a table or just want to people-watch... More
