Their burgers are great! I enjoy the classic with egg. Not kid friendly, but they do offer take out :)

I went here expecting great hamburger and prices. The burger prices did not include fries and the bartender said they were about $2.50 with the burger, not. I chose jalapeno cheddar seasoning with my fires and there was so much seasoning on them that I could not eat them and it was so spicy it ruined my meal. I had... More
You've got to simply love a place like JL Beers. The beer selection will bode well with any picky craft connoisseur and they also have burgers that are high quality at a low price. So you pretty much get lured in by delicious burgers, then kept around for the night to enjoy some upper shelf brew with your crew.
A nice selection of beers - to go with hamburgers made EXACTLY to order...a great experience! Best with friends.
Great Burgers and homemade fries and chips, and some fun sauces - along with a great selection of beers
A great place to grab a burger and a beer. No minors allowed. the root beer is fantastic. my favorite burger is humpty dumpty burger, bacon and eggs on a juicy patty. fries are fresh as well. a must go in Fargo.

The atmosphere was good. Dining in is a bit tight. Not horribly close, but too much for me. The home made fries are delicious! The burgers are average. The rootbeer is yummy! And, they allow two postcards. Known as "beer mail".
Not the absolute best burger I have ever had, but they are good and reasonably priced. I was bummed I had to drink ice tea during my lunch break, because they had lots of beers to choose from. I would go back!
The place is small and so are their burgers but they are VERY good. I had the buffalo fries with my burger and they were excellent as well.

Are your burgers gluten free if ordered without the bun? I realize there is potential cross contamination but are the actual burger patties gluten free?
