Great place!

We enjoyed a power snack at OB! We ordered things not on the menu, they appeased us, no problem! Scoured the restaurant for color crayons and a color book for my son, food was fast and good. Peanuts a nice touch, decor unique and charming. Waitress attentive and helpful.

We were in Fargo for a wedding and wanted to get something light to eat as the reception would be a couple hours of away and didn't want to be starving. The décor seems like it should be a steakhouse but the memory was more casual. (They may have a dinner menu we were there around 3:00. The place looked... More

We lived in Fargo over 30 years ago and decided to take a trip back to see how things have changed. One of the things we wanted to do was make sure we had a meal at Old Broadway as it had been a favorite. We weren't disappointed. The atmosphere was still nostalgic, the server was friendly and upbeat, and... More

The mushrooms are marinated in some kind of goodness. The sirloin is marinated in some kind of goodness. The sauce is made out of some kind of goodness. Accompanied by the garlic mashed potatoes and green beans, this makes for a terrific meal! Built in 1906, it's a fine example of re-purposed buildings.

We stop here for lunch whenever in town. Historic decor. Get a sense of 1900 Fargo. Decent menu. I usually have a burger. Get the sweet potato fries. They were perfectly done. After lunch walk Broadway.

On a trip to Fargo we were invited out to eat by someone familiar with the local restaurants and we ended up at the Old Broadway. It is a great old building that has been restored very well. The wait staff did a great job and accommodated are our requests. I had a salad and it was well prepared and... More

Beautiful old building inside with good food and service. Handled our group of 6 with no problems. Everyone enjoyed the beer cheese soup and the walleye.

The OB is a great restaurant in downtown Fargo. It has been open and has endured the test of time. Highly recommend.

A bit of time between visits can be a good thing. Maybe to try other, newer places, Maybe it is a long drive and you do not come by often. In 6 months it will be 23 years between visits. It was great. We had a great appetizer, super dinner, and, tasty drinks. The atmosphere is a bit dated but... More

This is my second time being disappointed by this restaurant. We ordered the beet salad with almonds and goat cheese. I realize this dish isn't for everyone, but I love beets and goatcheese. The dressing that they have paired with the dish was so terrible that it made it inedible. It was like a sundries tomato vinaigrette and because of... More
