Good Mexican and Bar

Ate at the bar on a recent business trip. very close to the Holiday Inn where I was staying. Had a combination platter with taco, enchilada and tamale which was very good. Their Top Shelf Margarita was just ok. In the bar they had sports on the TV's so you have a choice of the sit-down restaurant... read more

This is a fairly typical American version of a Mexican restaurant. Nonetheless they have a nice salsa with tomato chunks and, as a vegetarian, I appreciate their efforts to have more vegetarian friendly entrees. I had the Veggie Trio Magnifico. The veggie burrito was quite good, but the chile relleno was disappointing. Usually they are nice and plump with lots... More

Overall everything was great. We ate in the lounge, the drinks were great, along with the food and service.

This is a fun restaurant, with lots of traditional Mexican tile and lots of seating. There is outdoor seting for summer. The food and drinks were good and the service was friendly.

This restaurant is one of the best Mexican spots you can eat at in Fargo that actually feel like real Mexican food. The chips and salsa are delicious.

By no means is this food you would get in Mexico. It is however very good Americanized Mexican food. Fresh ingredients and real cheese (which I appreciate) Good size portions and the chips and salsa are free and very good. Also any item on the menu is free on your birthday - kind of nice.

We were seated right away, even though the restaurant looked like it was packed. The drinks, and free salsa and chips were delivered quickly, and the food soon followed. Everything tasted great. We even took some salsa home for late nite snacks

I visited after the lunch rush so there were few people in the restaurant. The menu was full of handprints and spilled food, yuck. Think, you order your meal and then they bring you chips and salsa--after your have handled the menu. Don't forget to run the restroom and wash your hands before eating. I had great service in the... I went to Paradiso again for my birthday this year and it was just as good as it always is. The Carne Asada dinner was on point and the service was great. Our server noticed I had my ID out and asked right away if it was my birthday, he then went out of his way to wish me a... More

I love taking my kids here. When I was growing up my entire extended family had a standing reservation to the Paradiso in Grand Forks every Sunday. The Paradiso in Fargo keeps that memory alive since we moved. The food is simply great! I would add that if you have lived in the southwest you may not like the northern... More
