Just okay- like any other Perkins

We stopped here after a long day of travel. Some of us wanted breakfast, some didn't, so Perkins fit the bill. Our son got the Reuben and said it was "tasteless". Our daughter got the Chicken and asparagus, and liked it enough. The waitress was pleasant, but not very outgoing. Whole experience was... read more

My first impression, although we were seated quickly, was that every empty table was filled with dirty dishes. These were all still in place when we left. I also noticed that that minimal staff that was there was all very young, some of them goofing around in the corner. Didn't see anyone who appeared to be a manager, unless it... More

My wife and I opted to go here rather than have the free breakfast at the hotel. Big mistake. When we walked up to the door, I noticed that the trash can was overflowing and looked like it had not been emptied for a few days. The showcase inside had very few deserts or sweet rolls. The place was mostly... More

Went for breakfast. Service was exceptionally slow. Waited at the podium for at least 5 minutes to be seated although the place was practically empty. Waited again for our order to be taken...but, food came quickly once the order was in...waited again for drinks/refills. Food was as expected. Service needs work

The restaurant was short-staffed (sign out front indicated they were hiring for all positions). Clearly there were no busboys when we were there. However, the staff was friendly and efficient.

Although it seemed like everyone who came after us was getting their breakfast before us, ours finally came after we asked where it was. It was hot but toast was cold. I had a mushroom omelette and it was very good, the fresh fruit tasty and the muffin fresh. Coffee hot, can't ask for more!

Visited twice, once for breakfast and once for lunch. Not familiar with this brand but was told it is a chain, which explains the typical "chain" menu. Breakfast ok, service fast. Lunch was a bit lower in quality - bread on sandwich soggy, lettuce limp so obviously been standing around awhile. Service not nearly as good at lunch.

We went there on a cool and rainy evening looking for chili for my wife and their excellent chicken pot pie for me. They did not serve chili at all and they were out of the pot pie's. So we just walked out. I'm a 69 year old American returned home to Chicago with his wife after some national park... More

Mondays are free pie days!! Our waitress was very frustrated as she had several large tables at the same time but she still managed to give us great service.

This was an unfortunate choice for us. We have always loved Perkins in all other locations, and we wanted a family meal, and to be served. The service was extremely poor. The waitress was very slow and did not seem to be handling the few tables there at that point. She took another order before us and took a very... More
