We were greeted at the door by a sign saying they are only open Wednesday-Sunday from 11-8. That should have been our indication to leave, but we know staffing is tough in the oil patch. I ordered a steak and baked potato. The salad bar could have been ok, but the lettuce was starting to turn brown around the edges.... More

I haven't seen or eaten at a Bonanza steakhouse for years. The menu hasn't changed much which is nice because I like a lot of the items. The inside was clean but a little old looking. I ordered steak and fried shrimp and steak was cooked perfectly and shrimp was good too. Everything on the salad bar was fresh, filled... More

The building is very outdated and rundown. We went anyway because they had a pork spare rib special and they were REALLY GOOD. But the lack of comfortable decor made it an experience we will avoid in future.

Used to eat here on regular basis but quality has gotten terrible. Food has gotten inedible in many cases. From cold to simply bad tasting.

My partner is from Dickinson, so when we stopped over on our roadtrip from Minneapolis back home to California, I took my partner, his Mother, my sister-in law and her three kids to eat at Bonanza. For a party of 7, Bonanza is a good value for the $$$, as I spent $54 to feed us all. The food, although... More

Tables were covered with past patrons plates etc. while the help stood around, the salad bar was all picked over and lettuce was old and wilted....just did not feel like you were getting fresh food and I don't like looking at uncleaned tables...on the plus side, the steak I had was tender and flavorful...they just need to kick their employees... I arrived early for dinner and the Salad was good but the other hot menu items on the (food bar) were all "so" pre cooked that it was gross. The main turn off for me, was that I watched a lady with hair down to the middle of her back "NOT TIED UP" , netted or anything changing out the... More

The food was horrible. Steak looked horrible and tasted just as bad. Never had a waiter the whole time we ate. The staff ate back behind the buffet and no one used gloves to handle any of the food. Way over priced as well. Steer clear of this place.

I ordered the steak and grilled shrimp and there was several things wrong. The meat was so tough I could barely chew it, the shrimp was not cooked all the way, I ordered a baked potato and got overcooked fries. The salad bar was better, but all the rolls were burnt and the broccoli cheese soup had no flavor. I... More

When you walk in, you instantly realize that it's a Sizzler counterfeit .... I have been here twice, and will never make this mistake again. I felt maybe my first experience was a fluke..... clearly not the case. The food is less than desirable. Cafeteria food is gourmet compared to this slop. This is where a homeless person would go...
