Went there to have a good Steak. Ordered the 16 ounce Ribeye and was expecting a great juicy steak for 31.00. Steak was over grilled. You could see and taste the burn marks and the steak was completely dry. I ordered it medium rare. Would not recommend this place at all.

Was taken here for a birthday drink, and I loved it. I had a terrible martini on my 21st birthday, so I was really scared to try one again, but the bartender assured me the Ribbit would be sweet, and it was. I can't wait to go back for another one and to try the deep fried cheesy pickles!

TA is kinda right about this one. It has eclectic choices, and certainly something for everyone. The staff really talks up the selections and makes them sound outstanding. They are very good but not spectacular. I had the duck breast over what I think we're cheesy grits. It had a raisin demi glaze sauce. It was good but just ordinary.... More

We stumbled upon this restaurant while on a golf trip, and we were pleasantly surprised by this little gem. I had the Vietnamese Shrimp Pizza which was hands down, the best pizza we have ever had. The thin crust with its unique toppings left us wanting more. My hubby enjoyed the seafood pasta special which was also bursting with flavor.... More

Few things in Bismarck inspire but this restaurant is a consistently pleasant place with good food and joyful atmosphere. This is one of a handful of places in the area where it's obvious there's a pride in what they do. The staff seems well trained and on point with naturally pleasant service. Food has always been good.

Our group took a chance and went to #13 on Trip Advisor...to Toasted Frog! How is this place not top 5 or 10? We had steak, seafood and a wood-fired pizza at our table and salads...and martinis and vino. Very solid selections. Well prepared. Server was attentive yet not intrusive. For someone who seeks out James Beard chef award nominees'... More

So glad we found this restaurant. Definitely a great find in downtown Bismarck on a Monday night. Delicious martinis and a great wine list. The caramelized onion mashed potatoes were great.

Date night always means an amazing meal at Toasted Frog. Hands down this is my favorite in all of Bismarck. Cheesy pickles and one of their amazing martinis makes for the best appetizer in town. Then you can't go wrong with any of their nightly specials or a tried and true from the menu. And if you're really lucky, they'll... More

I've been waiting to go to the Toasted Frog for some time now, it just sucks trying to find any parking downtown Bismarck! I finally had a chance to go last week and was sadly disappointed...The waiter was the only thing that will have good words from me. The food was very flavorless! The price to go with that flavorless... More
