We hadn't been to this restaurant since in first opened approximately 10 years. We walked in without reservations on a recent Sunday evening with our neighbors. Since we had just left a cocktail party, we didn't look at the wine or drink menu, but we have heard that the drink selection is good. Three of us started with the caesar... More

My wife and I went in to have a drink and appetizers. We got there right when the opened. We enjoyed the music. Great shegrab soup and fried green tomatoes. Everything made fresh.

Had heard great reviews about 22 North, but ended up being disappointed. The good: Food was actually very good. The chalkboard menu was unique and it changes daily based on fresh catch and foods. They also had a few NC wines on the menu that were tasty. The bad: Dark and dreary bar like atmosphere. The place even had that... More

We ate here the same night as the boat show and fireworks and we looked in the other restaurants near this one and decided this looked to be the best. It is very clean inside and the staff was very friendly and yes the menu is on a chalkboard. I had the gator as an appetizer and our daughter had... More

Average food. The sides were better than main dishes. Soup was ok. Nothing great but if you are hungry it works

We have been here before and had good meals but this visit was very disappointing. I had crab cakes with very little crab and my husband had over blackened fish. The service and the bread were good, however.

At a colleague's suggestion, we decided to give 22 North a try. Step inside for a delightful experience! The menu changes daily and is presented on a chalkboard. The fresh breads, gator bites, and bronzed scallops were delicious. But these did not top the coconut lemon chess pie or the peanut butter pie! Both were dreamy and perfect for sharing!... More

My husband and I have celebrated our anniversary here for the last three years. While the menu is not very extensive, the seafood is fresh and no detail is neglected. The day's menu is written on a chalkboard, and the wait staff seemed knowledgeable in explaining the contents and preparation methods of the different dishes.

Had a great night out! Love this restaurant! The waitress was prompt and on the ball. My duck and shrimp appetizer was really good! My wife's crab cakes were great. She had shrimp and grits for dinner, they were spicy yet good! Needed to be hotter. I had the pork chop of course. Awesome! Cooked perfect. The mixed vegetables were... More

This is one of my favorite restaurants at the beach. The menu changes and the wait staff is always friendly. Tonight as an appetizer I had crab cakes with jasmine rice and they were the best crab cakes I have had. If you are at Wrightsville Beach be sure and do dinner here and be sure to try their beachcomber... More
