Anniversary lunch

We arrived unannounced and unplanned. Since the business will take reservations for a party of eight or more, this wasn't a problem. We arrived near the end of the lunch rush. We sat outside near the water. It was lovely. I ordered a fish po boy sandwich and my lady ordered the shrimp... read more

We visited Bluewater as part of a wedding in March and it was absolutely beautiful. It was cold outside so we didn't get to enjoy the outdoor area, but the inside had a great atmosphere and beautiful views. The food was also excellent. They had a buffet and despite being a picky eater, I loved everything I tried. I would... More

We visited on a Saturday night with another family and it took them 20 minutes to 'find' a parking spot. The wait for many was in excess of 30 minutes (we called ahead and was seated within 15 minutes). However, little good this did us since the other family couldn't find a place to park. Additionally, there was a fan... More

Great restaurant with an beautiful view of the water and boats! The decor was lovely, the food was amazing, and our waiter was probably the best one we've ever had! He served 9 of us and was friendly, helpful, attentive, and entertaining! The key lime pie is outstanding!

We opted for outdoor seating and I was entertained with good margaritas and live music while we waited to to be seated. The food was delightful; the menu consisted of traditional seafood choices with a few fun twists on them. We had coconut shrimp and bacon-wrapped scallops (with salsa and siracha) appetizers, both of which were awesome. The atmosphere was... More

My brother always books this place for family functions. Food never good service just as bad. Can not blame waitstaff but management did not have enough people to help. I am a chef by trade and would be embarrassed to have my name on the door like he does. Rubber band in food salsa from and jar salty cold freebies... More

Wonderful waterfront spot to have an afternoon drink and watch the boats. Very good key lime pie martini but served with a glop of whipped cream. Light on the graham cracker rim. Lemon drop was good also. Seems a bit pricy but the sunshine was wonderful.

We had a table of 11 guests. We sat outside on the deck, the waterfront view was fantastic. Making reservations was easy and the service we received was very good. We ordered a number of drinks and appetizers. We all ordered different dishes and ate off of each other’s plates; everything was very delicious and fresh. The food and drink... More

We were very disappointed by the quality of the food served at the Bluewater grill. The salad included frozen spinach leaves and both of the main courses (the pasta dish and the shrimp skewers on the salad) were drenched in butter. The blueberry cobbler tasted like jam with an artificial blueberry filling. The cooking staff seems to have forgotten how... More
