We were looking for a place to eat dinner on our last night at Wrightsville Beach. Banks was by far, the best restaurant we ate at the entire week of vacation. I had the goat cheese pear pizza and my boyfriend had the Mac and cheese with chicken. Both dishes were delicious and we kept looking at each other with... More

We had dinner here. I ordered the chicken mac & cheese entrée and my husband had the fish & chips. We had a very nice waiter and sat outside. He recommended the chicken mac & cheese. It was a beautiful evening and we very much enjoyed this place. Food was very good and so was my margarita!

The seared ahi tuna appetizer is amazing. It is the perfect combination of flavors. All of their food is great. If you're looking for great food & service, head to Banks Channel. You won't be disappointed.

We went to Banks on whim. Our hotel had several restaurants listed and this one seemed to have what we were looking for--plenty of menu options at reasonable prices. We came in on a Wednesday around 7pm during the off season, so it was a relatively slow evening. We appreciated this because service was stellar and we received our food... More

With all the food establishments in Wilmington this particular place sits about in the middle to me. Ate there tonight, it is your basic pub food. Not bad, just average. Service was good enough, selection of food was not so bad. Price was as expected. From 5-7 appetizers are 1/2 price, so that is good. Plenty of parking, nice amount... More

We opted to sit in the quiet dining area verses the bar. The menu was varied with some interesting, fairly priced items. I got the fried green tomato caprese and was really pleased. Ask for extra pesto. BF ordered the shrimp/scallop pasta dish and was pleased. It had big scallops, a little heat, and was 'just right.' Service from Amy... More

Where do I begin. Our server was wonderful, funny, talkative. The food was great and came with a side of something called creamy spinach-red pepper orzo. Not sure what it was but if we get back to that area before we head home I'll see if I can get an entire meal of it. My taste buds are still doing... More

Great experience. Stopped in with friends a couple times several weekends ago. Had the seafood platter for 2, tequila and hand grenade shooters. Service was awesome (thanks Kristin, Ben, Pedro and Damon), food was very good and atomosphere was rad. Loved all the bar games (pool, pong, shuffleboard, darts, hook-ring and more). Solid food, plenty to drink, cool servers, lots... More

Clam chowder is awesome! The best we've had. The salmon was good but I've had better. Service was excellent. The bar atmosphere was ok and I know they love the steelers.

Lots of locals love this restaurant for the good food at great prices. Bar specials most nights. A real find for WB.
