Unexpected Treat

Don't let the location fool you, this is worth checking out. Tucked into the ground floor of an office building in the Knollwood area, the ambiance, service and food are incredible. While our group didn't really sample the small plates, they were very popular with the late happy hour crowd. The... read more

My wife and I had lunch at Nobles on 15 June. She had the meatloaf--huge mistake. Two hours later she was sick with food poisoning. She saw the doctor the next morning--sent to the ER immediately. She spent three days in the hospital for a bacterial infection most likely from food poisoning. Doctor's office notified Nobles of problem with the... More

Noble's continues to be our favorite upscale restaurant in the Triad area. The food is consistently exceptional, the atmosphere is casual yet refined and the service is great. On this occasion we dined with some guests from out of town. The menu standouts were the seafood dishes (both salmon and tilefish). The various veggie sides were also wonderful, and we... More

Love to find an excuse to visit Noble's! This season, they are offering an appetizer of fried zucchini and yellow squash. We've had it a couple of times, and it's really great. The veggies are very fresh, the breading is very light, and the aioli for dipping is just right. Yum. Recently had the crab cakes again. They are the... More

Had dinner w a group and paid $90 for simple meal for two. Food was good but not excellent. And then they add some bizarre 'new' gratuity tax which came unexplained. Small tax but pretty bogus and they did take it off

Wonderful martini and charcuterie. The filet mignon was perfectly rare. The burger was delicious and huge. The best thing of all was the pleasant attitude of all of the staff. They were as gracious to our 7 year old granddaughter as to us old folks. Expensive but worth it.

We have dined here many times over the last few years and stopped in for a Sunday night dinner during the High Point furniture market. The warm oyster salad and charred octopus and pork belly appetizer were delightful as were the beef short ribs and triggerfish. Our server Jeremy was very helpful and prompt. After our experience we went the... More

We dined here on a Thursday evening. We had reservations, but they were not needed. We were seated at a table for two, very close to a table of 7, so close that I wasn't able to sit in my chair initially because the waiter at that table was occupying the space where my chair went. Once seated, we waited... More

One of the best dining experiences ever! Absolutely everything was outstanding....the food, the ambiance (perfect lighting, no loud music), and the service. Even though we were the last diners to arrive- and the last to leave- no one rushed us in any way. In fact, our waitress was extremely knowledgeable and helpful about the food and the wine, and was... More

My family of four ate here for dinner. Everyone could find many items on the menu that they liked -- which is not easy when traveling with picky teens. The restaurant was very pretty inside -- don't be put off by its location next to Krispy Kreme headquarters.
