Visited the bakery when they were having a free wine tasting of great value bottles. Took a bottle and some GF cake (yummy!) back to our hotel. Also, grabbed coffee the next morning. Great place and super convenient to the Marriot around the corner where we stayed.

If you are ever in downtown Winston-Salem, you must go to camino. Everything is good. I wouldn't even know where to begin in telling you what to order. Just go often so you can try a bunch of yummy goodies. The coffee is a local brew called Krankies. It's delicious and puts Starbucks to shame. I highly recommend a cup... More

When I go in there the place is usually crowded with students, their books, computers etc and they may or may not be eating or drinking anything. Most I saw just had a coffee and taking up space. That being said I like the intimate atmosphere (based upon being able to actually find a seat,) their bakery items are excellent... More

Outdoor and indoor seating and a varied selection of pastries, cookies and sandwiches make Camino a plus place to visit. The latte was tasty and hot. The atmosphere casual and comfortable. Glad it was there since the community arts café was closed.

Great stop in an afternoon for either a bite, a warm infuse or wine tasting. Expect to wait since it's always busy and kinda a small place. Have never been able to sit down to enjoy myself actually.

I have been to The Camino 20 to 30 times. I love it every time. The coffee is always amazing, the breads are great, I love the biscotti, and their lunch sandwiches are really good as well. Sometimes I will grab a healthy sandwich right before I head back to Raleigh. It is the perfect snack to get me back... More

Stopped in Camino yesterday afternoon around 3 for a quick dessert and latte. We got our desserts to go, but had to wait so long for the drinks (13 minutes) we actually just ate our dessert there, right out of the to-go container. This was a concern because the gal making drinks actually told the fellow working the register that... More

My wife and I stopped in for a coffee and desert after having dinner next door. The waitstaff was very friendly and the place was hoppin' on a Tuesday night. The lattes and pastries were very good.

This is an amazing place right near the Marriot and Embassy Suites in downtown Winston-Salem. If you are staying there, you must try a cup of coffee here. They know how to make a complex coffee with ease - and cost effective. I fully enjoyed the mousse selection as well. The atmosphere is genuine and relaxed. By far, a great... More
