Camino's has everything you could want in a little neighborhood bakery. Cheesecakes, scones, cake, cookies, quiche, breads and more. The drinks are fantastic. My favorite coffee is the White Chocolate Mocha. It's perfect every time. They have a wide selection of hot teas. It's a great hang out spot in the warmer months as they have quite a bit of... More

From the almond horns dipped in dark chocolate to the date/walnut bread pudding muffins to an unbelievable triple layer, flourless key lime cake to artful hot drinks, it makes any other dessert choice in town pale. Laid back coffeehouse casual.

The coffee and coffee drinks here are much better than 5Bucks and the baked items are soooo good! Camino's bakes their own and varies the selection regularly. Good free wifi also.

What a great place to stop in or spend a few hours studying. Not just a coffee shop and certainly not a bar either. So a visit is well worth it any time of day. The breads are delicious and so are the baked goods also and prices are good for breads and homemade bake goods. Beer and wine are... More

This is a great spot! Fabulous baked goods and sandwiches, unique coffee drinks and wine!! What more could you ask for? It is a cozy and welcoming atmosphere and just around the corner from the Marriott hotel and Embassy Suites. We stop in every time we are there to visit our daughter at Wake Forest. Go....you won't be disappointed!

My absolute favorite coffee shop and bakery. A cozy atmosphere in downtown Winston-Salem, along with a great selection of seasonal coffees and pastries. Yummy and unique. A must-try for coffee and wine lovers alike.

This bakery is a gem offering beautiful cakes and treats as well as a large variety of tea and coffee. When we were there they had s special 'fall drinks! menu that featured interesting fall themed drinks including pumpkin lattes.
