Poor preparation with poor result

Couldn't recommend this resturant at all. My black and blue burger was way over cooked with burned crust both sides, my wife said she wouldn't come back for the chicken salad and neither of us could eat the soup.

Loved the coziness and artwork. Daily off menu specials add a bit of flare to the experience. A tasteful and fun place.

If you are looking for a unique restaurant then you have found it at Willow's Bistro. The menu is excellent and has the best locally-based entrees of any restaurant I've seen. I absolutely love their seafood menu with most of it coming fresh from the NC coast. For a great dining experience, sit at the bar and watch the chefs... More

Food and staff were excellent! Menu selection had a broad range and prices very fair. Can't wait to go back.

Here in Winston Salem, many restaurants participate in "The Big Eat", Tuesdays in January. They'll offer a special at half price. We went for the special, baby back ribs, and Willow's came through with another great meal, with excellent service. We did have one service glitch when we ordered a second round of drinks, but our server got the beers... More

Found this restaurant to be unique with excellent food and service. Located in the Old Salem / Brookstown area of town that tens to be a little trendy. It was a little small but we made reservations so had no trouble with being seated. Menu options were good - something for everyone. The chef even prepared a special sauce for... More

We already know that Willows serves well-prepared, fresh and imaginative food. So I want to focus on not one or two but three awesome ways the wait staff treated me like I was the most important person in the world last night. I arrived at the Willows a little after 10pm ... the published hours are "open until 11pm" on... More

Had lunch here this week. Very nice locally owned place. Very small with a cozy atmosphere. Very attractive bar directly overlooking the food prep and cooking area. We had an appetizer of brie which was fantastic. When it arrived at the table we said there was no way just the 2 of us could eat all this. Well ---- we... More

My wife and I ate a lunch at Will Bistro. The service was excellent and the restaurant has a great feel. I guess the word would be eclectic. I like the fact that it was in a old train station. The food was good. I had a gourmet burger and fries. I would recommend Willows to any diner.
