Mozelle's is perfect for Sunday brunch

Enjoyed brunch at Mozelle's on our way out of town from a convention. Be sure to make a reservation - the place gets packed. Delicious huevos rancheros, eggs Benedict, other breakfast foods. No alcohol served until noon (NC law) so no Bellinis or Mimosas but the food was delicious and the service... read more

Spent one night in Winston-Salem, and found this gem via a travel blog's recommendation. Friendly, cheery service, excellent regional food at moderate prices, and a fun, informal setting. Wasn't warm enough to sit outdoors in their ample sidewalk seating, but got a very nice window table. Would definitely return!

Nice relaxed atmosphere and great food! For appetizers, the southern spring rolls and tuna tartare are great starters. Dinner was excellent. I had the meat loaf and my wife had the pimiento cheeseburger. I would definite come back again.

They are famous for their tomato pie, which is truly delicious. Everyone who works here makes it a very enjoyable experience.

While in Winston-Salem, we stumbled upon Mozelles. It looked like an average small diner/cafe, had outdoor tables/umbrellas and we were HUNGRY. Inside we found a menu with varied options, some quite traditional and common, others were a unique twist on southern staples. I had Fried chicken and waffles. It came with a sweet/spicy butter and syrup. My daughter had fried... More

Awesome food, quaint location. Great place for brunch, lunch or dinner. If you haven't tried it, it's worth the trip.

My first experience of Southern food and can't say I'll be rushing to try it again but everything I ordered was cooked well and tasty. Just not sure the various elements belonged together! Deep fried chicken and Mac n cheese - not what I expected. The service was great. Very friendly and helpful.

Loved the cozy feel of Mozelle's in Winston-Salem, N C. The staff is great, wine list is very approachable...and of course...wow, the tomato pie...my mouth is watering just remembering how delicious it was. Check it out....

Mozelle's has great southern comfort food, and I highly recommend the shrimp and grits! There's some outside seating when it's warm out, but there are only a few tables inside. The most recent time I went, I sat at the bar with some friends due to lack of tables inside. From where we were sitting, we could see the chefs... More

This was the perfect stop between our Raleigh to Asheville trip. The restaurant itself is very charming, it must get chilly next to the big windows as sassy tangerine throws are provided at each table. Now, we could not have loved our waiter(s)--shift change--more. Mine: Vege plate of collard greens, couscous and mac and cheese. You might recall I'm really,... More
