While staying downtown at the Courtyard, about a 5 min walk away, I tried the Dixie Grill and was not disappointed. Had a basic fried eggs, bacon and hash browns combo for a reasonable $7.50 along with some good coffee. The eggs were done just right (over easy) and the awesome hash browns made the meal!! Alanna was the server... More

I really enjoyed my recent visit to The Dixie Grill with a group of 5. Food was excellent. I went with a mixed group of meat eaters and vegetarians and everyone left happy. I had the strawberry banana pecan french toast with a side of sausage and I couldn't have been more satisfied. Coffee flowed heavily - always a good... More

Food was good and plentiful. The vegetable burrito was really good with plenty of fresh veggies and great eggs. the Louisana omelete that my friend had was spicy and done to perfection.

We tried a wide range of menu items at lunch time, and everyone enjoyed their meal. The turkey wrap and falafel wrap were both delicious, especially served with a side of sweet potato fries !

The Dixie Grill just served us the best breakfast we ever had. Such a variety of unique items on the menu and each cooked to perfection. Huge portions and at a VERY reasonable price. Service was exceptional and the waitresses adorable. Great burger lunch selections. You may run into a small wait line for a very good reason. It is... More

The hash was tasty and my eggs were perfect. It was packed and a bit slow but the food was good. I always go here whenever I am in town to visit my daughter.

After reading all the excellent reviews of the Dixie Grill, my husband and I were eager to try it. Perhaps our mistake was going for lunch instead of breakfast. My hamburger had the grayish appearance you see at low end chain restaurants, even though I asked for medium rare. The fries were okay, but looked like they were frozen. My... More

This has the best breakfast shrimp and grits in NC. Avery old fashioned place that is a bit dark but it is an absolute must if you are in Wilmington NC. My wife was able to order the size of breakfast she likes by simply ordering side dishes only.

We had to wait to be seated but LOVED the food here. Both of our entrees, ie. Louisiana Hash breakfast and Meatloaf sandwich were delicious. The meatloaf sandwich has a little kick and the hash is just perfect! Even though they were busy, they refill your drinks and provide good service.
