You definitely come out smelling like fried food. The food was excellent. Tasted great. Definitely a popular restaurant. Had to wait for the buffet. Waitress was extremely friendly.

This seems to be quite a popular place for Southern style cooking and if you are a fan of buffets, you could do a lot worse. The service was very friendly and efficient. The buffet was plentiful and what I tasted was pretty good. Be sure to ask your server about "what's in back". They also have other available dishes... More

I go ALL THE TIME! I'm not lying when I say this is some of the best food I have ever ate in my life. One day Casey's will cater my wedding because that's how good they really are! Best soul food of all time... Not to mention they have KOOL-AID! My favorite thing there is the sweet potato soufflé...... More

Good service good food. Surprisingly good BBQ. Chicken very good as well. My only complaint which would be the ribs. They were a bit bland and the sauce wasn't that great. Overall I would recommend this establishment.

Definitely a quantity > quality place. If you want to stuff yourself silly on Southern food, eat at Casey's. It's incredibly cheap for the amount of food you can get. My stomach was not a fan, though. Our server, Jeff, was absolutely hysterical and added a level of humor to the meal. He had us constantly laughing throughout our time... More

You don't go in for the décor you go for the food. Our waitress Mary was a gem and the food was mouthwatering. Be careful and take just a little of everything so you can enjoy every item they have to offer. We are from VA and I will stop there every time we go that way from now until... More

Was hoping to find a home base for BBQ since moving to the area. I saw all the great reviews so figured it was a sure bet. While all the people and service were spectacular, the food, particularly the BBQ pulled pork.. fell pretty flat. I tried a small amount of pulled pork to start, no smokiness, no pink just... More

When we first moved to North Carolina this restaurant was featured in every welcome packet we received. We were pretty much pushed through the front door from all the fabulous reviews! There is one thing you MUST know about Casey's....You go for the food!!!! The booths and chairs are shabby the carpet is soaked with years of food and you... More
