Good Day from Casey's This was an excellent stop (2+), a happy/comfort food buffet and everything is too good! The vegetables perfect...but keep going, the B'que, the fried chicken and fried whole catfish. The fried catfish (with a lemon taste) is the best ever, fresh fried okra, ribs (beef/pork), then the write home about Brunswick stew, it is on and... More

This is the best soul food in the state hands down. Everything is delicious and abundant, bit I will particularly call out the lemon peppered fish, the fried and baked chicken, okra, cornbread, and deserts. I have no idea how they do this for the reasonable price. It does get messy in there at times and the crowd can be... More

This was our first visit to this buffet with southern food. I personally did not eat any meat because I couldn't get further than the blackeyed peas, cabbage and sweet potato cassarole. yum! My hubby did have the fried chicken and catfish and said they were very good. I think he tried most all the vegetables also. We didn't have... More

If you crave down home Southern cooking stop looking. Folks it just does not get any better ! Our favorite the Fried Chicken and Mac& Cheese. You will find what you are looking for and much-much more. Super attentive and friendly staff. They cater also. Enjoy.

Casey's is a southern food buffet place and they are the first restaurant I ever went to you can get a glass of Kool-Aid off the menu. Being it is a buffet place you are not looking for atmosphere you are looking for good food. Casey's has a variety of good southern food meats, sides and a dessert bar. Being... More

My wife and our son, who is beginning his sophomore year at UNCW, had dinner this evening at Casey's. In a word, "marvelous"! We totally enjoyed our dinner. We had beef ribs, chicken, fried chicken liver and catfish. The food was delicious. We will certainly return. We were served by Judy, who was really awesome. We got to meet Lauren... More

I went with family for the first time. Reminded me of eating in my grandmas kitchen. I will caution you the space tends to be cramped and crowded and a bit run down on the inside. Food was great and I ate things hadn't had in years like cobbler. Loved the Koolaid as a drink selection. The staff and people... More

Casey's offers a lot of southern soul food. It is a good place to go if you want to try different things like pig's feet and chitlins (spelling?). The price was also very reasonable, I believe it was around $11.
