Just had apps

Outdoor table on the street is great spot for people watching, great appetizers, and a beer! Service was superb! Must try the mushrooms. They are worth the visit alone!

Although the service is good, the food has never been good. We have eaten here three times and always in a group allowing us to try each others dishes. We will never go back. It is over priced for the quality of food. Their paella was NASTY! They need new chefs

Food was OK a bit expensive and nothing really was amazing that I tried.. Tapas were good. Plates are small. Make sure you find a happy hour or special to get the meal you need.

Located in historic downtown Wilmington, Circa is walking distance from Inns and hotels. The restaurant is built into an old bank. The back area has an authentic safe that shows what existed in the last century. I sat at the bar, but the seating around the establishment is very rich and upscale. The bar is classically designed. The bar menu... More

Food is good. Circa offers small plates, which is just enough. Salads are fresh and flavorful. Husband ordered the Paella which was excellent with plenty of seafood throughout. I ordered the Scallops which were tender with garlic spaetzle - yum. Piano player was a bonus. Service was great. Good atmosphere. You can get mini deserts in shot glasses which was... More

Just kidding. The dessert was so completely awesome that if I hadn't been stuffed already I would have eaten the whole thing. My companions had "mini desserts," certainly a better choice than I made. Excellent meal, with everyone being totally satisfied with their main courses. Lovely atmosphere, with nice dark wood decorations and waiters in formal pants and aprons...and great... More

The bar is beautiful and the service was very good. The food needed salt, I had asparagus with poached egg and it just needed a touch of seasoning, I wanted it to taste as good as it looked. I had the ravioli and I didn't finish it and that is am saying something. Overall I was disappointed but it was... More

Atmosphere was real nice historic Wilmington NC. For myself the food was overpriced. We went for the Tapa menu. Compared to other Tapa places we've been at in Washington and Baltimore (as example) prices were high and smaller portions.

Delicious food and a cool atmosphere. Have visited this place on more than one occasion. A great place for a night out in Wilmington.

Tapas was top notch and was only $4 from 5-7pm. I enjoyed a creamy delicious Brie and honey. The calamari was perfectly fried- not greasy with a sweet and spicy sauce. We were there on a Wed night and enjoyed a perfectly chilled half price bottle of Pinot Grigio also. The wedge salads ordered by folks next to us at... More
