Good service, good food and location

We had lunch here, after taking the carriage ride with Don and "Pete". Perfect location, right on the end of the river walk. I had the Maui chicken fingers, and my wife had the Clam Chowder, very good. We split the house salad. Nice window seat, got to people watch. Definitely a good spot to dine. Friendly staff, lots of... More

Surprise the food is great....fill you up and make you smile....started with aroncini and ahi fingers... Great marinara sauce with parm and the fried ahi fingers just great...now I'm a huge fan the shrimp fradavolo but these guys tweeted it too perfection with the mushrooms and Italian sausage and wine sauce....large portions but so much to my liking I wanted... We ate here at lunch,(very limited choices) maybe there is more on the menu at Dinner. I was very disappointed at the menu and thought about leaving without ordering anything. Mostly sandwiches and burgers. However we did order and the food was good, but not great. I would not eat here again, just due to the fact of limited menu... More

I visited on a wonderful, warm December afternoon and the balcony tables were fabulous. Great spot to relax and enjoy the river view! I highly recommend the Crispy Pickles for an appetizer. They were fried to perfection. One order is a generous serving for two and we devoured every last one. They are even better with one of the North... More

It was a one and only experience that I never wished to repeat. Luckily, the fermented sauce (tasted fizzy and tart) did not poison. That's the only good thing I can say about the food. Service was fine. The waiter tried to offer me another dish. No thanks. Still... they tried.

Food was good too, but a couple of issues. We ordered mussels, and there were 2 unopened ones in our bowl. And our waitress was really bad. She spilled the broth from the mussels and some of it landed on my foot. When my husband asked me if I was okay, she said yes she was!. Best thing about the... More

We had 23 people there including 9 kids and the service and food were terrific. Very fast service and the food was excellent! Great restaurant for anyone looking for a great place to eat after Beach to Battleship!

My husband and I strolled into The Riverboat Landing on a cool, rainy day in downtown Wilmington to have lunch. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and were seated at a lovely table looking out a window. The restaurant and restrooms were clean and well appointed with lovely Windsor chairs and fresh flowers on the tables. My... More

If you can get a table on a balcony overlooking the river and it's a nice day, then this restaurant might be worth it. But otherwise, it's not too exciting. The food is OK, but nothing exceptional. Decor needs freshening.
