Prime Rib Weekend!

Decided at the last minute to try Prime Rib at Havana's. The meat was prepared superbly! It came with a baked potato and mixed veg. The potato was okay, the veg was lacking. But since we were there for the meat, no complaints! It was a Friday night, the crowd was sparse and so our service was... read more

The two of us couples had no prior knowledge of Havana's before choosing it for our dinner, but after we started eating, we knew we had made a great choice. I had the Cajun shrimp appetizer and Baja chicken salad; my wife had the clam chowder and Mediterranean salad. All the dishes were truly tasty, and my wife gave the... More

We dined at the Wrightsville Beach location on a Friday evening and wondered why there were not more patrons at 1830. It was prime rib night and the prime rib was tough. I had two bites and wife had one bite and it was sent back, along with the potato and the small ordered mushrooms which resembled canned slices. The... More

Very charming atmosphere but quite chilly inside. The waitress and hostesses were very friendly and efficient. Four of us had brunch with different entres. At best mediocre was the rating. The quiche was very bland and mostly egg and crust. The home fries were the best thing on all the plates. Would not return for brunch which is a shame... More

This was my first time visiting this restaurant. I had read mixed reviews but our friends had been there and they thought it was good. I should have know that when we pulled into the parking lot around 6:30-7:00 on a Saturday night and there were only 4 other cars there to run the other way. We didn't thinking maybe... More

This great restaurant is housed in a designer architect "Charleston" style building and the food and service are great! L I love this restaurant, great brunch, great lunch and dinner. Cozy outdoor space for Al fresco dining, porch dining and good bar seating too. The chef works hard in the restaurant and one will be rewarded by the cuisine and... More

We were amazed at the taste of the food we had here. The only down side is we felt the entrees were priced about $5 higher than they should be. Nonetheless, we will definitely go again to celebrate something.

This restaurant doesn't look like much from the outside, but once you step in the doors, you are blown away. Very well decorated, wonderful atmosphere, great bar area, and a large upstairs dining area that is perfect for groups. Great alcohol selection, good bartenders and servers, and large menu. I was with a large group when I visited and everything... More

We arrived late and they were near closing but the staff told us to come on in. They said they would be there another hour cleaning up so if we didn't mind....come on in and order. I was hesitant as I hate imposing on people at the end of the day but they insisted it was no problem. We went... More

By far the best clam chowder I have ever tasted! It almost caused a fight, since my wife was daring enough to try to eat more than her half of our bowl. ha! We also enjoyed the Crab-stuffed Salmon and the Shrimp and Grits. Both meals were very tasty and did not leave us hungry. Turned out to a wonderful... More
