I was taken to this lovely cafe several years ago by a friend and was delighted upon a recent return to Wilmington that it was not only still in business but going strong! I was so glad to see the BBQ and mac and cheese on the menu, and enjoyed a $2.50 draft Killian's to boot. The decor is rustic,... More

Went in for a late dinner. Fried oysters and crab cakes. Both were wonderful. $2.50 Landshark draft hit the spot on such a hot night! Extra treat was talented local young performer-Tyler missed her last name. Can't for my next visit!

We came here on recommendations from Locals, and we were glad we did! We ate here 3 times in a week, twice for breakfast, and once for dinner. We loved the atmosphere, food and staff. The French Toast was the best I've ever eaten! I tried different things each time, and I /we liked everything we ate. It's very popular,... More

I've never had a bad meal here. It often gets very busy with waiting lines out the door on weekends. Park on street or across the street at the other restaurant that is closed before dinner. Best for brunch, omelets, etc. They also serve mimosas, if that's your thing. It's known as a bakery, and although I don't eat baked... More

Fourth visit never disappoints!! Fresh food, fresh flavor, excites the pallet.......costs more than reasonable!!! From soft shell crab, mussel & clams in white sauce, fish & chips, pulled pork, Greek salad with blacken shrimp- every time something different - be back next month!!!

My friends and I ate breakfast here on a busy Sunday morning. Each of us got different dishes and all were great! Especially tasty were the California grilled sandwich on cheese bread with country ham, scrambled eggs and avocado and the French toast made with their homemade bread! You can't make reservations but you can call ahead and get on... More

We love to eat here whenever we are at the beach. My Son and I each had the prime rib special and it was outstanding. My Wife had the soft shell crab dish and it was terrible. Either the crab had gone bad or the kitchen had spilled something onto her food that didn't belong, because it was virtually inedible.... More

I'm so glad we found this little gem! The sandwiches were great and the homemade cookies were just perfect after our meal. The homemade chips and ranch dressing for dipping is worth going back again for.

One of our favorite places in Wilmington. Terrific breakfasts, lots of choices for lunch and fresh choices for dinner. Always fresh bakery goodies if you have room for dessert. They have entertainment some evenings. Always unique specials at every meal. Service is very good and all the staff is extremely friendly. If you are only in the market for delicious... More
