Its located right on the river, with a boat dock near.

Wonderful location right on the river, and the staff was nice enough to make my tasty $8.50 croque monsieur into a croque madame by throwing a fried egg on top even though it wasn't on the menu (for a fee). However, we were shocked to find that the sausage ratatouille special we ordered was double the price of every other... More

Lovely location downtown, right on the river, but sort off the beaten path! Sit outside, sip a glass of wine and watch folks and boats go by. I could spend hours here!

We took advantage of a recent gorgeous day to stop at Catalan for wine and a cheese plate to enjoy the amazing weather and view along the river. The cheese plate included four different cheeses, as well as butter and a basket of crispy, warm, french baguette. It was so enjoyable that we ended up staying for dinner as well!... More

I really enjoyed my lunch here with clients. We found it by accident and all three of us thought that our meals were good. I did think that it was a little pricey but would definitely go again and would recommend to friends.

I am not much on French food, so my review is slightly biased. This is my favorite place in Wilmington. I love to go here for the chocolate mousse and coffee and enjoy sitting outside in the breeze gently blowing off of the water while I indulge, and take in the beauty of the port city.

It was a dreary day but we stopped by for lunch and thoroughly relaxed and enjoyed our time here. My husband had the crab salad which had lots of real crab and I had the curry chicken salad, yummy, packed with flavor, raisins and nuts that complemented each other. The baguette was hot and fresh and we just slathered it... More

We picked this restaurant at a whim but what a prize. Service was excellent and food delicious. Two of us had the shrimp and orzo gratin and our husbands the crab and penne gratin. I cannot say enough about the quality and taste of the dishes. Wish I could have their recipe!!

my husband and i wanted to eat on the water and this little cafe looked nice. food was very overpriced for the majority of the items and my husband was dissapointed with the meat plate but my quiche was very good. This would be a good place to have a glass of wine or a cup of coffee but it... More

This is a tough review to write because the waitress and owner took our criticism with incredible poise and professionalism, including several nice gestures to improve our visit.....but.....to be honest, we were disappointed. It could be that we just chose the wrong dish (charcuterie plate). That being said, we also found the glass of wine to be average and expensive... More
