Good food, good price!

We took 7 people for dinner here and we really enjoyed the meal. We had various kabobs, salads, assorted vegetarian appetizers, Turkish specialties, and even baklava. Every thing was well prepared, delicious, and reasonably price. The Turkish wines were also good and well priced as well. The... read more

Really good Mediterranean food with Turkish slant. This is a family run operation and well worth supporting. The only comment I would make is that the bar could be more generous with the pour.

This is where we go when we miss NY, Chicago or Europe, and it is the spot where I take law firm clients or friends from out of town because I know it will always have great atmosphere and something special. My husband is from Croatia, and in his region on the Adriatic Sea branzino (whole fish, Mediterranean sea bass)... More

Best baklava I have ever tasted. Highly recommend the baby lamb chops. Found out the chef is Turkish. The last time I had such great Turkish food, I was in Istanbul.

Good gf options, the only thing that isn't gf are the pita's. After talking to the owner we found out they don't use or have flour in the restaurant. they were going for celiac friendly but couldn't for the pitas. Chicken was cooked perfectly.

My daughter and I traveled to Wilmington, NC. I had read about this restaurant and wanted to try it. The atmosphere is great, the food delicious and the owners so friendly and attentive. The chef is from Turkey and knows his foods. I will return.

This family business is welcoming and always serves the best food. It has become a favorite spot but it is best to make a reservation.

My family and I really enjoyed our dinner here over our Christmas vacation. The atmosphere is inviting, the service was good, and the food was exceptional including the Turkish coffee afterwards. I look forward to eating here again when I return to the area. I definitely recommend this restaurant. Tip: make reservations (we did) - especially on weekends.

What a great place! Went there because we hadn't been there before. We did not have a reservation. We were promptly seated and served. We ordered falafel and calamari for appetizers. The calamari was the best we've ever had! Ever! Falafel was awesome I just wish the tatziki had more chunks of cucumber. Nonetheless, delish! We both ordered fish. The... More

The Black Sea Grill is small, quiet and elegant without being showy. We started with an Efes beer, a Turkish pilsner ale that was flavorful and refreshing. The stuffed grape leaves appetizer were as good as any I’ve had in Greece. For entrees we chose a grilled seafood and meat sampler and a local favorite, NC trout. Both were excellent,... More
